Super freundliches Personal... Hotel liegt sehr zentral und Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. . An der Sauberkeit sollte gearbeitet werden.

Cons:

Es war leider nicht sauber. Und es gibt keine Tür zim Bad/Toilette.

Zentrale Lage. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen worden.
Frühstück war übersichtlich aber trotzdem ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte keine Tür. Toilette überließ keinen intime Raum.

Oud pand in een heel mooi straatje in het centrum van Alkmaar. Kamer was ruim, goed en groot bed, maar niet goed schoon

Viel erg tegen!
Pros:

Het bed was van redelijk goede kwaliteit!

Cons:

Kamer werd niet schoongemaakt
Met douchen werd àlles kletsnat
Veel overlast van mensen in de straat, vooral vrijdagnacht door herrie veel wakker geweest.

Toplocatie maar aan de hygiëne moet gewerkt worden!

Locatie en restaurant zijn super!

Cons:

Kamers mega stoffig en gehorig. Open badkamers is ook niet fijn. Geen douchegel op meerdere kamers. Gaten in de handdoeken en vieze vlekken in het beddengoed. Verder geen koelkastje en koffie/thee op de kamer.

Slapeloze maar mooie oude stad
Pros:

Aardig personeel, lekker ontbijtje, prima bed.

Cons:

We dachten leuk in het oude centrum, dicht bij de kaasmarkt.
Maar hele nacht niet geslapen omdat ieder kwartier het carillon tekeer ging en de klok liet ieder uur weten hoe laat je nog wakker was.
