We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Avena Mountain Hotel, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty of the setting — tucked away in peaceful surroundings that make you feel as though you’ve escaped the world. It is the perfect place to recharge your batteries.

The service was impeccable. The owner and staff struck the perfect balance: attentive, warm, and genuinely caring, yet never intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and their hospitality made us feel completely at home.

The food deserves special mention. Every meal was homemade, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with pride. It was a highlight of our stay and far better than anything you’d expect at a hotel — it felt like dining with family, only with a professional touch.

Our room was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful details and everything we could possibly need. The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking — waking up to that scenery each morning was unforgettable.

This is not just a place to stay; it’s an experience of calm, comfort, and genuine Turkish hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about our return. The Avena Mountain Hotel is a rare gem, and we will definitely be coming back again and again.

A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous mountain valley location, completely different from the vast “all inclusive” 400+ room hotels on the coast some 35 minutes drive away.
You will need a car, but if you are looking for a quiet hotel in a magnificent location, with a wonderful swimming pool,excellent food ,first class service and delightful,helpful and charming hosts then this is the place for you.
We would recommend it to everyone and would return to it no matter where we were in Turkey

Takes some extra car drive on curvy roads until you reach the hotel however it worth the time as it is remote, peaceful, exclusive and beautiful.

So peaceful and relaxing in a beautiful setting. Our room was spacious and well equipped. The food was delicious with many of the ingredients fresh from the family farm. The staff were so kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

We recently stayed at this mountain hotel and were blown away by the incredible views and hiking experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The hotel was nestled in the heart of the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking views of the natural landscape.

Our room was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. But it was the view from our window that truly took our breath away. We woke up every morning to the most spectacular sunrise, with the mountains shrouded in mist and the sun peeking over the horizon. It was a sight we will never forget.

But the real highlight of our stay was the hiking experience. The hotel was perfectly situated for exploring the surrounding mountains, with numerous hiking trails just a few steps from the property. The trails were well-marked and easy to follow, and the views were simply incredible. We hiked for hours each day, exploring new trails and discovering hidden gems around every turn.

When we returned to the hotel after a long day of hiking, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The restaurant served delicious meals, with fresh and locally-sourced ingredients that perfectly complemented the mountain setting.

Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel enough. The views were stunning, the hiking experience was unforgettable, and the staff was exceptional. If you're looking for a mountain getaway that combines natural beauty with luxurious accommodations, this is the place for you.

View, swimmingpool, beautiful location, clean rooms, good dinner, perfect breakfast. After lot of disapointed try outs, for the first time great Turkish wine (expensive, but was worth it).

We stayed 4 nights, the first 2 were bad because the staff could not grasp what it means to be vegan, vegetarian and to have allergies, the second 2 nights were better but by then the main waiter was surly and argumentative. The view from the room was very nice but the lack of any nearby facilities meant that you had no choice but to eatwhat they chose to serve. We travel a lot and found this style of hotel to be poor value

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful, we really enjoyed the beautiful, stunning view. The food was organic which we loved and enjoyed very much. The lady owner is so lovely and welcoming, she really gives you a warm home experience.
Tip: don't book this place for 1 night only you need more than a day in that peaceful place!
