Overall, it’s a good place with friendly people.
Pros:

El Roble Hotel is a cozy, decent, and clean place, and it looks just like the photos on Booking.com. The room was a bit small for us, but having a mini fridge and a coffee maker was very helpful.
The location is a little far from the eco park and downtown, but it’s closer to Cenote Azul and Los Rápidos, so it really depends on your main purpose for visit. The staff are friendly and responsive. Our main challenge was communicating in English with the staff. Overall, it’s a good place with friendly people.

Vale lo que pagas. Sencillo y tranquilo.
Pros:

Atención amable, muy económico comparado con otros de los alrededores, las instalaciones se ven como en las fotos. Vale lo que pagas, por lo que no te sientes estafado.

Cons:

Salía poca agua de la regadera y un día no tuvimos agua un buen rato. Los colchones ya son muy viejos e incómodos. En las descripciones decía que tenía su entrada a la laguna, en el mapa se ve a unas cuadras por lo que sabía que no podía ser real, en efecto no tiene entrada a la laguna y la entrada está bastante lejos.
