Pros:

5 mins walk to bts train. Close to a small local market and 5 -10 mins motorbike ride to other lively morning and night market.
The hotel has small but loveliest cafe. The room itself was perfect for the cost, very clean and has e erything I need. The host provide good communication in person and via text throughout my stay.

No good for sleeping.
Pros:

Good location and 5 mins to MRT by walk.

Cons:

Terrible noise from the vehicles as they are located along the road, I was unable to sleep all night long, the bed was so soft made my body not well after waking up.
