The Duke: Bedford
Pros:

We had the Town room and it was very spacious. Full lounge, kitchen, bathroom and large bedroom with great views. Staff very friendly and food delicious. Safe off street parking is available. Various rooms are all individually styled and decorated.

Cons:

Shower cubicle was way too tiny. Basin plug did not seal properly so didn't hold water. TV, there was two, we're difficult to operate. Just couldn't activate Netflix on either of them.

Superb hotel!
Pros:

Warm welcome and excellent assistance from Kelsey and the team. Tasty dishes, great coffee, prompt service in the restaurant. Attention to detail in our room with a beautiful bathroom and quality amenities. Great facilities. Overall a lovely experience.

Most beautiful overnight stay
Pros:

Amazing stay in the most beautiful area. The room was tastefully decorated and I had everything I needed after a very long drive. The food was out of this world.

It’s okay, a lot of improvement to be done to make the stay worth the money.
Pros:

Beautiful and clean property with friend staff and good service. Breakfast is good! Front desk response and assistance is prompt.

Cons:

The WiFi is HORRIBLE. Too many restrictions and low capped bandwidth. Cannot make a phone call using WiFi without it being interrupted.
Self catering units have almost no self catering equipment, basic equipment to cook needs to be requested, cutlery, crockery this is a huge inconvenience

Friendly and helpful staff, great pool area and setting in general. Quiet and comfortable room.

Cons:

We had a good breakfast but initially an incorrect meal was delivered. There were also mix-ups at supper.
