So far so good
Pros:

Perfect location as it is near to all the famous eateries and local produce stores, as well as other shops like grocery, medical, bank and etc. Room is spacious enough and clean. Plenty of street parking outside the hotels too. It comes with smooth Wifi and cable TV too.

Cons:

The window allows noise enter easily and the water spray pattern by the instant water heater is old fashioned and not comfortable. The TV image is not clear.
