I would certainly pop into this pub if I was in the area, but I probably wouldn't stay again
Pros:

My overall experience of this place was very good with great customer service, a really nice meal and the cleanliness of the room was excellent.

Cons:

The only downside was the loud music up to closing time and doors in the corridors not having slow close hinges causing people to be banging doors late in the evening. The pub was also on a busy road so the noise from traffic through the night.

Great for a one nighter.
Pros:

Old, crooked, and charming. Room was comfortable with modern bathroom and amenities. Great staff, good food, lovely old world charm. I’d go back.

Cons:

The carpet going up the stairs smelled soaked in decades of beer. The carpet in the room was stained but did not smell.

Convenient location, ample off road parking, i was in the building immediately opposite the Ram itself. Good size, airy clean looking room with window views. Big bathroom and good bath/shower. Decent bed and pillow and towels. Food in the Ram is great, pity the all day breakfast isn't available at breakfast time though!
Nice and quiet too and dark, slept soundly.

Cons:

Info and signage need to be improved, poor door numbering and where to go! No info given on WiFi or check out procedures. No lift, all rooms seem to be upstairs. Room felt a little clinical, needs some pictures or something.

Pros:

Friendly , lots of space

Cons:

Stains on the bedding of the double bed. Was no clear instructions on the drop in or off collection of keys.
I didn’t know where to go in the morning for check out as all locations was locked, I tried to call the number that was available, but nobody answered.
The bed was uncomfortable but it was ok for short stay. For the price for one night a value was very high.
