- The room was really incredible, super clean and spacious
- They provided a free taxi on arrival from the train station, which we discovered was super far from Bukhara, so it was very helpful
- On the last day, they even prepared for us a boxed breakfast since we lived really early in the morning

Beautiful everything, breakfast, staff. Large clean room with all the amenities. Not far from center. Great place where we spent our anniversary.

Все очень комфортно. Замечательный отзывчивый персонал. Все недалеко от отеля:вокзал, аэропорт, старый город. Рядом есть и рестораны, о которых расскажут на стойке регистрации.

It was nice and clean and very silence place in general. It’s really so good. We really enjoyed staying in this hotel no complaint at all.

酒店前台和老板都很热情，早餐很丰盛。床品很舒服，这次是我们来到乌兹别克斯坦休息最好的两晚，周围很安静，可以睡个安稳的好觉。酒店装修很有品味，大部分是复古风格，房间细节很到位，准备了干、湿纸巾，还有周围推荐的餐厅和景点，一切都很完美！

第一，老板提供接机服务而且房间非常温馨干净精致，房间设施很新。房间有很多传统复杂的精致装饰，但是老板把它们打理得非常整洁。整个酒店，从前台到房间到吃早餐的地方，都是精致整洁。

第二，老板是我见过最热情善良的旅店老板！在我们自己无法购票的时候，在非常晚的时候耐心帮助我们买票，帮了我们特别大的忙。

第三，因为不熟悉路况，我们去车站的出发时间晚了， 出租车也打得非常艰难，差点赶不上车。 老板主动开车载我们，帮我们提了行李， 帮我们接了车站打来催促的俄语电话，顺利我们送到了车站的车前面。我们特别感动，没有他我们旅程计划将受到严重影响。因为他们布哈拉之旅特别愉快，祝旅店生意兴隆，我会在中文社交媒体上强力推荐！

Second, the boss is the most enthusiastic and kind innkeeper I have ever seen!When we were unable to purchase tickets ourselves, we patiently helped us buy tickets at a very late time, which helped us a lot.

Third, because we were not familiar with the road conditions, our departure time to the station was late, and the taxi was very difficult to get and we almost couldn't catch up. The boss took the initiative to drive us, helped us carry our luggage, and helped us answer the urgent Russian phone call from the station, and we were successfully delivered to the front of the car at the station.We are particularly moved. Управляющие этим небольшим отелем - бесподобные хозяева, чувствуется индивидуальный подход буквально к каждому гостю . Нам показали несколько свободных номеров, каждый из них был оформлен в индивидуальном неповторяющемся стиле. В номерах продумано действительно всё до мелочей .
Удобные кровати , постельное белье высокого качества , бесподобные завтраки и всё остальное, что может понадобиться самому придирчивому гостю.

This hotel really impressed me. The decoration is magnificent everywhere，showing the wonderful taste of the owner . The room was even more resplendent, I thought I lived in a castle! This is really the best hotel on my trip in Uzbekistan! The meals are sumptuous, and the local food is particularly delicious. Although the owner doesn't speak English, we can still communicate through translation software. She is so kind and has helped me solve difficulties several times. I would like to give this hotel a score of 12！ Highly recommend!

The room was spacious but the decor was very dated, the bathroom shabby.
