Pros:

Tout est fidèle au descriptif. Aucune surprise si ce n'est le sentiment de séjourner dans un musée tant la, décoration rappelle celle de riches demeures..
Les propriétaires sont très conviviaux et serviables.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et fait maison. Un plaisir renouvelé d'y goûter chaque matin.

Cons:

L'hôtel peut paraître excentré de la ville mais on trouve des chauffeurs Yandex à toute heure du jour et de la nuit

Beautiful hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

Our rooms were BEAUTIFUL and so spacious. We really felt like princesses staying here! The staff was so kind and helpful, they even picked us up from the train station as we were arriving so late. Breakfast was also lovely. We really loved our stay and would 100% recommend.

Cons:

The location is a bit far from the old town, but Yandex taxi is very cheap so it was easy to get around.

Spectacular hosts and accommodations
Pros:

Uzbekistan, a country of pride and kind people. Our hosts were terrific! Do not look for the best, you will find them in this hotel.
They do everything to make you feel comfortable. All are very polite and kind, Exceptionally kind. And I know what a good host is. Past 7 years, after retirement, we travel 11 months per year. Just past 5 months we visited 5 continents. This hotel and the host are the very top in our world tour.

The room is clean, large, very elegant, and classy. It offers great AC, and the bathroom. Is superb. The bed is enormous and very comfortable for both of us, two older people with back issues.

You get great breakfast! Also, it is so quiet and peaceful here. It is a short ride by Yandex taxi. You wait 3 minutes and pay a little more than a dollar to get to old town. Actually it's uncomfortably cheap. Guests from the West should offer a huge tip, a few times more than the actual bill. You pay by credit card using this Uzbek version of Uber. The hotel is located in such a fantastic peaceful area. Even little children walk by themselves along the street. Now imagine how it would go in America or many European countries.
To sum it up: if you do not stay at this hotel, you lose a lot. We love Uzbekistan, Bukhara and the wonderful people of that country We only wish we had such quality citizens in the West.

Good hotel in a quiet part of town
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious, decorated in a traditional style. A/C worked well. The hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok given the small number of guests.

Cons:

It was a 45-50 walk to the old city. Fortunately, Yandex only cost about $3 to get there. No elevator may be a problem for some. No room safe.

Удивительный отель
Pros:

Великолепные интерьеры! Очень приятные, отзывчивые и интересные владельцы. Признаться честно, такого даже не ожидали - очень просторные, красиво декорированные дорогой мебелью, тканями и отделочными материалами номера, которых в отличии от большинства мест размещения в Бухаре совсем не много в этом отеле. Вкусные завтраки, уютный внутренний дворик и большая крытая парковка. Рядом есть рестораны, магазины, обменники.

- The staff was always friendly and welcoming
- Really good breakfast, nothing complicated, but some of the best fruits I ever had
- The room was really incredible, super clean and spacious
- They provided a free taxi on arrival from the train station, which we discovered was super far from Bukhara, so it was very helpful
- On the last day, they even prepared for us a boxed breakfast since we lived really early in the morning

Cons:

- The water was really weak in the WC
- The place is a bit far but for us was almost a plus because it was only 10-minutes taxi (around 1 euro) to the city center, and the place was super quiet compared to the chaotic center

Romantic getaway.
Pros:
