Condominio muy prolijo y tranquilo.

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado en el living. Solo en las habitaciones. Y además había muchas hormigas. No se podía dejar nada de alimento en la cocina porque las hormigas invadian.
Un poco lejos del centro de Buzios. Para hacer los paseos no te pasan a buscar por la casa sino que tienes q ir a un punto d encuentro. Anfitrión muy amable.

Estas a 40 minutos en auto de las playas principales y centro de Buzios. La playa que está cerca del alojamiento es muy sucia...

Muito bom o local e atendimento do proprietário, só é distante do centro e difícil achar Uber.

Amei o chalé. Muito espaçoso e aconchegante o local. Atendimento do proprietário excelente.

Cons:

Choveu muito uns dois dias, aí alagou um pouco mas, foi logo resolvido.

Única coisa que não gostei mesmo foi que a casa é bem distante do centro e até pra ir de Uber era difícil achar corrida. Se você estiver de carro é tranquilo.

SOLO Y EL GRAN DETALLE
La ubicación!
Está a unos 35 minutos del centro de buzios.

Si ud no conoce y va por primera vez tome en cuenta este punto.

Tomar uber es fácil/ o bien en la avenida se puede tomar locomoción a buzios y alrededores.

Los tours no te pasan a buscar a la posada, Sólo llegan al portico.
Tampoco así los autos de arriendo o Buggy.

Pros:

O Chalé eh bem organizado, espaçoso, ótimo para família. Internet pegou muito bem, estacionamento disponível, local limpo, utensílios domésticos disponíveis para uso.

Cons:

O Chalé é longe do centro de búzios. Para quem quer ficar apenas na casa, relaxando, eh otimo. Se a intenção for ir mais vezes ao centro e praias de buzios, o deslocamento é grande, levando ao menos 30 min.
