Guest Reviews
The location is excellent, and the property has traditionally been associated with the luxury Insólito Hotel, giving guests access to its pools, restaurant and other shared facilities. This association is widely reflected in previous guest reviews, the property’s branding (“Jubarte by Insólito”), and its overall positioning. Had these facilities been available, the stay would have offered excellent value.
When I arrived in early August 2026, I was informed that Insólito was closed for refurbishment. I had received no advance notice, despite the fact that access to the hotel’s facilities is one of the property’s main selling points.
Without access to Insólito, the experience was significantly different from what had been advertised and from what previous guests had described. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have booked elsewhere.
I raised this with reception and suggested that guests should be notified in advance whenever such a significant change affects their stay. Unfortunately, Flávio, who supervises reception, dismissed my concerns and even suggested that the numerous Booking.com reviews mentioning access to Insólito were merely “a matter of opinion”. No upgrade or compensation was offered. After spending one uncomfortable night, the only solution I was given was to cancel the remainder of my reservation.

Confortável e bem localizado. Muito charmoso e agradável.
Na saída houve a sugestão de uma taxa de 10% da estadia para os funcionários, que é proposta pelos próprios funcionários. Achei a situação desconfortável pois o serviço de fato foi ótimo, mas as estadias não são baratas e 10% delas pode chegar rapidamente a um valor considerável. Sugiro que este confronto entre hóspede e equipe interna seja evitado, buscando outras formas de reconhecer o bom serviço da equipe dos funcionários.

Poderia ter mau sabonete disponível. Cápsulas como cortesia também.
Melhor custo benefício de Búzios. Já fomos 3x e você pode usar a parte comum do Insólito
