An okay place for one night if you need to be near the bus station.
Rude staff, also they gave me less change when I paid. Count your money carefully, they will try to trick you. The room was okay, but the view is blocked by construction of another building right next to the hotel. We had to keep the window closed, it felt awkward having construction workers right outside your window on the same floor level.
I like everything about the property, including stuff, welcome drink, the cleanness, the facilities. The warmth mirror in the bathroom, so it wont be fog when we shower.
My Fri said he got a dirty bathroom mat and we would prefer them to put something between the shower and the bathroom so the whole bathroom is not wet.
The room is clean and the same as the picture has described. All the facility work well and there is nothing broken. Good location, very helpful and friendly stuffs. I got warm welcome and get to be assisted all the time when we need something without us even saying.
The shower space is not separate from the overall bathroom, get the whole bathroom wet.
Excellent location and very friendly staff - all the staff were great to deal with and helped us with lots of information. The hotel is located in near the cable car and walking distance to excellent restaurants, cafes etc. There is a great cafe next door. The major bus station is a short walk so good to connect for airport transfer or going on to another city. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were out early every day. They have a nice shop at reception too.

The balcony was a good size and the view from the room was spectacular. An ideal location for sunset and the staff were very helpful.
The view is amazing. The rooms are fantastic and there were 3 different lightings available. Value for money and Location is also very good. Bike rentals are available at the hotel directly. Also helped with early checkin at 10:30 am.
They do not have food options which is an issue.
We arrived early in the morning and stuff was great without extra charge we did check in 4h before. Everything was great, clean and comfortable room.

Great and very helpful staff. They are the best parts of this hotel.. Nice view of the city from the room balcony. New motorrbikes available for rent at a great price. Getting one was so effortless. Close to cable car and Dantanla coaster.

room booked said city view, despite overlooking back of hotel it was still a nice room and views available from rooftop. Comfy bed and staff spoke great English
nothing much available at hotel, no restaurant or bar. bathroom is a wet room so everything gets wet when showering, not overly clean feeling in bathroom either and could do with an upgrade
Nice view
Way too noisy - construction was happening from 7am each day and went until 6pm one day. It was so loud we had to leave the room and missed sunset on the balcony as a result (a major reason for booking the room). Hotel staff not very understanding and did not try to problem solve or apologise for the situation. Bathroom was smelly, room poorly ventilated.
