All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Special mention to all reception staff.
Pros:

We found our room to warm comfortable and well equipped with hair dryer, iron and tea/coffee making facilities.

Cons:

Restaurant and bar area felt uncomfortably cool in the evening. Perhaps a little increase in the heating would have made quite a difference

Pros:

Nice hotel. Room spacious,very friendly staff. I left my bag after me at an event that I was attending there. Next morning I got my bag at reception with my money,cards etc so very honest staff.

Excellent location, staff very friendly, pool lovely & warm.

Cons:

Room was fine, tv quite small for size of room, but the main thing was the pillows.....they were extremely soft & needed replacing. Very limited menu in Pier 56 restaurant
