La localisation vers la promenade et en bord de mer, la nourriture au restaurant, le parking.

Il est noté sur leur.site qu'on peut avoir un code de réduction de 20% pour Kylemore Abbey mais quand on le demande personne n'est au courant et personne n'est capable de vous le donner...De devoir réserver à l'avance les horaires de petits-déjeuner, piscine, dîner etc. Même si au final ils sont flexibles mais on est en vacances on a besoin de spontanéité etc. On ne peut pas forcément connaître le programme de notre journée à l'avance ni à l'heure près. Des assiettes et couverts sales au milieu des propres au petit-déjeuner. Café à commander au serveur au petit-déjeuner qui est du jus de chausette infâme, et il n'y a qu'une seule machine pour faire du vrai café ce qui génère de l'attente.

Le personnel à l’accueil a été très sympathique et accueillant.
L’hôtel est bien placé et les chambres confortables.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne s’est passé comme on l’aurait souhaité.
Une dame présente pour la gestion était très désagréable.
Je ne rentrerai pas dans les détails en public, c’est juste dommage.

Bellissima baia e hotel che si affaccia. Atmosfera di hotel d’altri tempi.

Empfehlung für Galway
Pros:

Direkt an der Promenade/am Meer gelegen und neben dem Vergnügungspark (aber ohne Lärm). Parkplätze und Parkgarage vorhanden. Sehr nettes Personal (Reception, Restaurant, Spa). Empfehlung!
