Amazing stay, incredible staff and postcard perfect location.
Pros:

We visited for a weekend after booking our wedding here without seeing the hotel.
We were blown away from start to end of our trip and we didn't want to leave!
The location is stunning and the staff are incredible, kind, warm and genuine.
We were lucky enough to visit their wedding expo while we were there and everything we saw completed exceeded our expectations.

Disappointing on this occasion as I had stayed there previously and had a very positive experience.
Pros:

Location is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional. Foyer and main areas very comfortable and well maintained. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was very disappointing - high ceilings and old fashioned. I ordered room service sandwich as it was too late for a meal. The options were very limited. I ordered toasted cheese & ham and I got cheese & a thick slice of pork. I could not eat it as reheated pork is dangerous to eat

Pros:

Lovely bright hotel perfectly situated across the road from the promenade at Salthill.

Cons:

Could benefit from more modern sockets with USB charging points. Also, there weren’t any extras like shower caps in the bathroom but the special offer rate compensated for that.

Pros:

Staff is professional and very helpful. I have never before been asked to state time I will go for breakfast, but breakfast - full Irish was very good :) This shows they like to be organized! Nothing to dislike about that!
