Convenient but not enjoyable
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was a good size.

Cons:

There was a thick layer of dust on the headboard, phone, shelves etc. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. It was very expensive for such a small hotel with limited amenities

Pros:

Heating did not work - was below 15 in the room when we arrived - no one answered our messages until the morning - then they said sorry and good by .... easy as that - poor service

Cons:

Restaurant shut at 20:20 when we arrived, no water in room, heating did not work - was freezing cold in the room, room with balcony is 60 Euro more - balcony is 30 cm wide and the door to the balcony was broken so you could not open or shut it .........

Pros:

Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed. Right in the downtown area if that’s where you want to be. Liked that there was a restaurant as an option. Balcony overlooking the river was lovely.

Cons:

Would’ve loved some sort of water fill station other than the bathroom faucet. A little on the pricier side. Clean but lots of scratches on the wall and some dusty spots in the room.
