Really good stay. Would highly recommend!
Pros:

The room was spacious for us travelling with our toddler, and we were provided with the best travel cot of anywhere we’ve been. Great shower and large, comfy bed. Really friendly staff who gave us a warm welcome and the location was perfect too.

A very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very good. It is very close to the station for arrival by train. The hotel is also conveniently situated for the old town, cathedral and museums/art galleries such as the Ludwig. There are lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Our room was quiet and had a balcony overlooking the river Rhine. The bathroom shower was very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had several breakfasts and dinners in the hotel and they were all good quality and enjoyable.

Cons:

We had to order our breakfast choices the evening before from a breakfast menu and although the breakfasts were nice, they did seem a bit expensive. The armchairs in our room could have been more a bit more comfortable, and the wooden desk chair would benefit from some pads on the bottom of the legs to reduce the scrapping noise against the wooden floor when moving/getting up.

Lo más destacable y quizá lo único es lo centra que se encuentra el hotel.

Cons:

El hotel presenta una serie de deficiencias que, en su conjunto, lo tornan difícilmente recomendable. Entre las mismas cabe señalar la inexplicable ausencia de artículos de aseo en la habitación (que había que reclamar repetidas veces), la improcedente presencia de productos de limpieza olvidados en el cuarto, la manifiesta inoperatividad de la puerta del baño, así como un sistema de solicitud de desayuno tan incómodo como innecesariamente farragoso, agravado por la incapacidad del personal de facilitar, en tiempo y forma, la carta correspondiente.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione vicino al duomo
