Couldn’t have picked a better hotel
Pros:

The location was great! The staff was wonderful. The room had air conditioning large shower and comfortable bed

Nothing. There was no room available for us, which they only told us when we arrived in the evening. Evencthiugh they conformer the stay a couple of hours before.

Middelmatig hotel met weinig faciliteiten

locatie aan de Rijn

Cons:

Kamer was niet schoon gemaakt bij aankomst. De nieuwe kamer had een vocht probleem en was ook niet helemaal schoon. Plinten waren vergaan door het vocht probleem. Ontbijt was alleen mogelijk door vooraf te bestellen wat je wil eten. Koffie was slap.
Deluxe kamer met balkon betekend een balkon van 20cm.
Geen 4 sterren waard.

Recommend the Prevot; its a hidden gem. Perfect location, great restaurant, friendly team.
Pros:

Very easy check-in.
The room was exactly as described; great view.
It was quiet, even during a busy period.
Restaurant downstairs was great, convenient, comfortable to hang out.
Taxi drop-off and pick up steps from the door.

Cons:

Nothing. They did a great job.

Pros:

sehr komforables und großes Bett, sehr freundliches Personal, Handtücher wurden jeden Tag getauscht, sehr zentrale Lage

Cons:

Zimmer, vor allem Boden und Kasten sehr staubig und nicht sauber, das Duschgel war bei der Ankunft fast leer, eine Wandlampe kaputt, die Tempobox im Badezimmer war nach drei Tüchern leer und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Da kann das Hotel nichts dafür: Wir hatten das Zimmer Richtung Kölner Treff (Kneipe und Karaoke Bar). Da ist wochenends dann sehr laute Musik bis 02:00 nachts (wobei die Fenster des Hotelzimmers den Lärm sehr gut abgefangen haben)

Tolle Lage, schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Unsere Dusche war zunächst durch starken Kalk nur eingeschränkt gut nutzbar, das Wasser spritzte stark in den Rest des Raumes. Dann aber rasche Säuberung und Hilfe am folgenden Morgen. Auch der Check-in war etwas umständlich. Das Restaurant Personal setzte es um aber es fehlten Unterlagen die nicht von ihnen selbst erstellt werden konnten.

Pros:

Läget var perfekt vid flodpromenaden och i Gamla stan! Tyst och lugnt.

Cons:

Vår ac fungerade inte, minikylen likaså, fick 3 kuddar trots vi var 4 personer, ingen shampoo i duschen. Eftersom vi kom sent kunde man inte få någon hjälp. Skickade meddelande men inget svar. Klagade morgonen när vi checkade ut men fick inte så mycket gensvar.

Pros:

立地が良い

Cons:

エレベーターが壊れているのに事前に連絡が無かった。
事前にベビーベッドをリクエストして承認されていたが用意が無かった。当日朝に荷物を預ける際にも確認をしたが用意されていなかった。
改めて伝えると忘れていたのか20分程度で用意はしてくれた。
