tolles Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Köln
Pros:

Lage und Ausstattung mit Rheinblick. Alles ist schnell um Fuß zu erreichen, Leihräder gibt es in der ganzen Stadt…Sehr schön…

Cons:

Das Frühstück im Hotel wird a la Carte serviert, alles Extras wie Café, Saft, Wasser etc. müssen einzeln dazu bezahlt werden, wer gerne ausgiebig und entspannnt frühstückt, sollte sich dann nicht über die hohe Rechnung überrascht sein.

Klein en superfijn hotel, centraal gelegen. Plek waar je graag (terug)komt!
Pros:

Intiem hotel met fijne, persoonlijke aandacht, bij Dom en station. Gelegen in het toeristische centrum, maar toch heel rustig. Ruime kamers aan de Rijnzijde met mooi uitzicht en alle comfort. Perfect hotel, zowel voor zakelijk als privé-verblijf! Andere pluspunten: ruime, fijne regendouche, stille airco, geluiddichte kamer, lekker ontbijt (geen buffet!).

Központi elhelyezkedésű, modern kis szálloda..
Pros:

A szálloda a belvárosban, a pályaudvar és a dóm közvetlen közelében helyezkedik el.
Gyalogosan szinte minden látnivaló megközelíthető.

Eine tolle Lage und nettes Personal laden zum Verweilen ein.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine traumhafte Lage am Rhein und ist sehr gut erreichbar.
Ein super nettes Personal hat uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gemacht.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Im Restaurant war es leider sehr verstaubt und sichtbar verschmutzt.
Da kann man sicherlich mehr drauß machen.

Tolles Zimmer & großartige Lage
Pros:

Unserer Zimmer (Junior Suite) war sehr schön. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Der Hbf, der Dom, der Rhein und der Heumarkt sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen

Cosy room with Rhine view . Let down by a hurried complex check-in and expensive breakfast
Pros:

The room was very cosy and we had a little balcony that looked out over the Rhine. It was a great location for the old town. The station, the old market and the cathedral were all within walking distance.

Cons:

It is renting a room only above the restaurant - there is no lobby or sitting area.The guy at check-in was rushed and made a simple process complicated. He insisted on placing our breakfast order that evening and the eating time.

The breakfast was good but overpriced with no discount for guests despite booking.com offering us 10% off food and drink - everything is itemised. I had eggs Florentine and my wife had granola with yoghurt- no extras. Then two coffees each and a bottle of cold water. That came to €55.

By comparison the previous night in Hamburg Conrad we had a fantastic buffet spread with a variety of fruits, cheese, croissants and all sorts of bread (there was also a spread of cold meats) and as much espresso, juices and water as desired. That was €39 from booking.com or €46 on the day.

It has to be said that the woman who served the breakfast was very pleasant and calm and I said that she should do the check-in.

Top Hotel an top Lage. Freundliches Personal und sehr bequemes Bett!
Pros:

Super Lage direkt am Rheinufer, mittendrin und trotzdem war es sehr ruhig. Bett war unglaublich bequem. Das Hotel kann man nur empfehlen!

Ganz tolles Personal, hilfsbereit und freundlich mit beispielhaftem Zusammenhalt (Küche, Ausschank, Bedienung, Rezeption). Tolles Essen, sehr lecker. Super Lage direkt am Rhein und sehr nahe zum Bahnhof. War alles ausgezeichnet und doch familiär.

Great experience, welcoming staff, would stay here again
Pros:

The location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk to the cathedral and other sites/ shops. It was generally quiet in the room. Having aircon available was great due to the hot weather but there was an option to open the windows which we appreciated. Everything was clean and of a good standard. The staff were lovely and accommodating

Cons:

The light in the corner of the room didn’t seem to work so in the evening it felt a bit dark in the room as there was no natural light coming in. At times the light bulb in the bathroom was flickering.
