Excellent séjour dans un petit établissement de haute qualité
Pros:

Nous avions réservé l’appartement et une chambre à l’hôtel. L’appartement était très spacieux et moderne avec toutes fonctionnalités d’une cuisine moderne. C’était super de profiter du balcon de l’appartement et de la vue sur les montagnes. La vue de la terrasse du restaurant est magnifique et prendre le petit déjeuner dans la fraîcheur matinale avec la belle vue, c’était du bonheur.

Cons:

Les lundis et mardis le restaurant est fermé, mais il y a un personnel d’appoint pour le petit déjeuner. Toutefois, il n’y a pas toujours quelqu’un présent pour accueillir les résidents de l’hôtel et expliquer les options (manger dedans ou sur la terrasse). Par contre, une fois qu’on comprend le fonctionnement, c’est top!!!
Pour les chambres à l’étage, il aurait été appréciable d’avoir un simple drap, le duvet était trop chaud pour les températures chaudes du moment.

Lage sehr gut. Die einzig vorhandene Mitarbeiterin sehr bemüht, wenngleich überfordert. Der Tisch mit Kaffee und Obst zur Selbstbedienung war sehr gut.

Cons:

Frühstück etwas schleppend, weil die Mitarbeiterin, die fürs Frühstück zuständig war, gleichzeitig die Rezeption betreut hat. Dort gab es aber Schwierigkeiten beim Ausdrucken der Hotelrechnung und des Kreditkarten-Belegs. Frühstücksei nur auf Nachfrage - sollte bei 20 Euro pro Person von vornherein dabei sein. Da das Restaurant und die Bar montags und dienstags geschlossen ist, mussten wir uns selbst versorgen. Da wäre ein Kühlschrank oder eine Minibar im Zimmer durchaus angebracht. Wir waren während einer Hitzewelle dort. Angesichts des Zimmerpreises wäre zumindest ein Ventilator zu erwarten gewesen.

Pas de café/bouilloire dans la chambre
L’armoire était pleine de poussière

Pour des nuits aussi chaude, ça serait super d’avoir juste un drap pour se couvrir car le duvet était trop chaud

Wir würden nicht wieder dort übernachten.

Ein Hotel an einem schönen Ort.

Cons:

Wir hatten das Restaurant vor allem wegen des Restaurants gebucht. Unmittelbar nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Restaurant geschlossen ist, dies obwohl im Ort kein weiteres Restaurant existiert. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist wenig zweckmässig und die Dusche stinkt.

Sehr schönes Hotel und Zimmer. Personal lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Zimmer waren sehr schön. Jederzeit auch freie Parkplätze.

Cons:

Ich hatte übersehen, dass Frühstück nur von 08:00-10:30 ist. Beim Auschecken Personal extrem unfreundlich.
