It is in very good location.
Staff is little weird. Ac is not working properly. And cleanliness.
Property have some issues with OYO, they denied check-in and they are asking additional money while check-in. No complimentary water bottle provided

In Hotel Townhouse south tukoganj it was very bad hotel and very bad experience there , the room was not clean at all and bathroom also not clean n good , the window was broken and In the room there are too many rats .. we told to the staff that please change the room because that room totally uncomfortable so they ignored our problem ..

Staff was rude. Were asking for extra money at the time of check-in. Even threatened to cancel the booking. Rooms were not cleaned. Walls were wet. No toiletries or even towels available. When asked for some they didn't even sent any. Rooms lock was broken. If you don't close the top latch any one can open & come in room from outside. So safety was literally an issue.
The manager over charges, he takes the booking at the discount rate and then askes for full amount ignoring the discount when you arrive
The staff was amazing. The food was fabulous. The rooms were quite luxury and spacious with ac in each room.
There was nothing like that
When we arrived we were told that no rooms were available. We had to book a different place this.
The hotel owner was really very helpful Rooms was regularly cleaned and washrooms were also very clean.
