Good location in the heart of Dilijan.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning, and the decorative bedspread did not appear to have been cleaned properly. It would probably be better not to use it at all. As I am allergic to dust, I had to take allergy medication during my stay because of the bedspread.

Very nice and big room.

Cons:

The rooms were directly at the main Dilijan road and the windows were not insulated well, therefore the room we stayed was really loud.

Great location and authentic experience
Pros:

Large room , nice restaurant and heritage appeal.

Cons:

I was told when I arrived the hotel bill had been paid via Booking.com and was told that again when I checked. In fact they did mot receive payment. So ask for a confirmed payment before you leave.

The location is perfect, check was quick but the reception is hard to find, no signs. The staff were short and not very welcoming.

Cons:

There was no hot water in the evening so we weren’t able to take a shower because the water was ice cold.

If you want to experience the most authentic Armenian culture go to Old Dilijan Tufenkian complex. We stayed in the superior King room. We loved the old town charm, the cozy rooms, the warm and helpful staff, the exceptionally delicious authentic Armenian food of the Old Dilijan restaurant and the walkable location. I would love to return.
