i liked the location very much as it was in the centre of Durres. The staff was very welcoming and very helping with everything that i asked for. I would 100% recomend it for others as it also has a very beatiful rooftop with a 360° view of Durres. The waiter there was very welcoming and delicious cocktails
I really liked the architecture of the hotel. It was really nice and I really liked everything about it. The staff was very polite especially the girl recepsionist, they were really helpful and kind. Also the room were very good, breakfast was also pretty nice. I would definitely come back to this.

Location was good.
Due to being at the end of season the roof top was closed. You can hear the music and people talking at night at times.

The location is excellent for walking to the center or the beach. very good service from the staff. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was really beautiful and so clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and to visit 😊 great location too!
Only downside was the rooftop restaurant wasn’t open and it wasn’t clear when we booked our stay that it would be closed. It was a big draw to the property so was a bit disappointing as weather was good whilst we were there.

Staffing at breakfast was minimal but adequate with short wait. We didn't like the cooked food (processed meat, dried up eggs) but I guess that's individual preference. Cereals and bread selection was usual and fine.
hotel and room were really nice, the location is great for local bars etc, and a 5 minute walk to the waterfront, we really enjoyed our stay in Durress and the envy hotel, and would strongly reccomend it,
We really enjoyed our stay at the Envy Hotel. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the promenade and historical sights.
The thing that really set this hotel apart was the staff, however. They really went out of their way to help us and provide the best experience possible. It was a real pleasure to stay here.
