personal atento y rápido. solucionan todos los temas que tengas. te consiguen transporte, disponibilidad para todo. desayuno muy correcto. habitaciones un poco justas y baño pequeño pero suficiente. piscina e instalaciones muy cuidadas.

Comfortable bed and good location but could be cleaner. Breakfast needs significant improvement.
Pros:

The reception manager was super helpful and attentive - she looked after us and ensured we're happy despite us having a few complaints. The location is great - we were always within 5mins of most attractions.

The bed was really comfortable and the main room felt clean.

Cons:

Our room was a king room with a bathtub which is one of their more premium rooms. We didn't realise that the bathroom set up including the shower, bathtub and toilet was actually outside. This meant that it never really felt clean and it was a bit uncomfortable always having to get outside to use the toilet. The appliances outside (the bathtub shower and the shower) also weren't working particularly well - they were rusty from the humidity, the pressure wasn't great and the drain wasn't working so we ended up having a big puddle in what was the middle of our bathroom.

The second big issue was the breakfast was not great. The pictures look good, and the intention is good - they don't have an actual restaurant so they bring it to your room, in the morning - but, the breakfast is not nice. We also had an issue one morning - after ordering "no nuts" every single day and mentioning it repeatedly, we ended up being given a granola bowl (on our last day) which had chopped cashews through it. This could have been really bad, as my partner is allergic to all nuts - but luckily he saw the chopped cashew and didn't eat it.

Leider Schimmel und Kakerlaken, aber sehr bemühtes Personal und tolles Frühstück.
Lage auch sehr fein. Und das Bett sehr entspannend

Jak komuś zależy tylko na lokalizacji to okej, raczej odradzam to miejsce.

Plus obiektu za lokalizację i to chyba na tyle.

Cons:

Mamy duże rozczarowanie obiektem. Brak ciepłej wody praktycznie codziennie , strumień wody taki że można się kąpać pół dnia jest to bardzo uciążliwe. Z klimatyzacji wydobywał się dziwny zapach nie czyszczonych filtrów. Nie można spać bo ciągły głos z centrum imprez.

Чисто, приємний аромат, тихо працює кондиціонер, привітній та доброзичливий персонал, з крану чиста вода (пити звісно не можна, але вода не була жовтоватою), смачний сніданок. В цілому атмосфера, де прям відчувається, що знаходишься на відпочинку:))

Cons:

Нема гарячої води, свіжо-літня, то душ бодрящій. Зручне розташування, але навколо багато ресторанів і барів, які працюють до пізна, дуже до пізна, до години 3ї, і музика так кричить, що відчуття вона в кімнаті грає.
