Beautiful building with interesting history. Great location, easy access and free parking.
If i had to put a negative, at a push i would say the bathroom was a little dated compared to the stunning room we had (room 101).

Lovely room that was very quiet and dog friendly and wonderful staff who were cheery, helpful and friendly.
The building is lovely and the dog friendly room was just perfect.
You very kindly upgraded us to one of the self contained flats. It was perfect for our needs. We had breakfast on one morning, the table was very wobbly which made us laugh, the food was delicious and Louann was the perfect waitress, very chatty and engaging. All the staff were incredible and the main reason we enjoyed our stay, they are a credit to the hotel.
The first room we were in was very small and noisy, being directly over the bar. The table at breakfast was very rickety too, but caused us some amusemement.

Toilet roll would looked better if not only few sheets left on it and finger prints on toilet roll cover.
Both morning had to ask for breakfast serve.

Great location for us. Historic building, sea views, lovely staircase but also a lift, busy bar but couldn’t hear any of the noise from it in our room. Lovely meals, very attentive, polite and friendly staff.
Had to search for somewhere to park the car, but in all fairness it’s made quite clear in the info. that this will be the case. However there was plenty of parking a little way down the street which was fine for us.
