Cons:

This place is pathetic. The staff is not helpful, denied me checkin or a room even though I had a reservation and paid the amount in full. Very casually I was told to cancel my booking and move elsewhere at 3am! No refund was initiated and customer care of Booking.com is a joke. Would HIGHLY suggest avoiding this place.
