I recently stayed at KK Royal Hotel & Convention Centre for two days with my family, and it was truly a wonderful experience. This was actually my second stay at the property, and once again everything exceeded expectations.
The property itself is beautiful with a great ambience that makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The food was excellent, and the hospitality from the entire staff was outstanding. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
A special mention to Mr Ajay, the Front Office Manager, who was extremely humble, welcoming, and professional. His warm attitude and attention to guests truly reflect the high standards of hospitality at the hotel.
We stayed in Suite Room 101, which was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Overall, it was a memorable family stay, and I would definitely love to visit again.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jaipur and looking for a peaceful and luxurious stay.

Very disappointing experience.
The staff had extremely poor communication in English, which made even simple requests difficult. I asked for a late check-out until 10:00 on Monday, but they said it would cost extra and depend on availability. Because of this, the reception told me I could extend my stay by booking one more night through an external provider like Booking.com or Nikita Holidays.
I followed their instructions and booked an additional night so that I could keep the same room. Even after confirming the extra booking, the hotel still could not guarantee that I could stay in the same room (room 203). This makes no sense when the room was already occupied by me and the additional night had been booked.
The process was confusing and poorly handled. The staff also struggled significantly with English, which made communication and problem-solving very difficult.
Hotel located very close to fort - one of the tourist attractions. Spaciuos rooms, confy bed and very good service (helpful personell). Good kitchen and it is possible to selecy something any time of the day. There is nice shop in hotel, where they can saw any garment personally, just choose material! There is Spa and gym in hotel. It is possible to use steam bath and sauna (that was very useful, because of cool weather).
There is space for improvment in SPA servicč.
Everithing. They served me the breakfast în the room at my request.
Got a very cold welcome and the staff was not helpful at all
Good location although a distance from main city.
Good view from room.
Nice grounds.
Helpful staff.
Good tailor in reception.
Smell from toilet drains in room.
Limited menu and the same daily.
Very noisy residents above room, moving furniture till after midnight and from 7 in the morning. Children running in corridor outside room till after 11 at night.
Lovely quiet hotel in beautiful grounds. I have stayed here before and wanted to come back. The food was very nice. The swimming pool was lovely. It was nice when we were able to have breakfast in the Nails building.
Was disappointed not to be staying in the main hotel, but the annexe part instead which is not as nice.
Had to move rooms as there was no WiFi and there was a very noisy fan in the bathroom we couldn't turn off.
Service was sometimes very slow when we just wanted drinks.
the location and the view.
the staff seems a combination of local folks who can neither talk in Hindi or English or even local dialect. not an isolated experience and also the once at counter (mostly 20-25 year old) guys were so haughty on all counts.
Buffet was only South Indian both days.
The guy at reception wasn’t helpful.
Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.
The tiled floor without carpet felt very cold to walk barefoot. The room has A/C but no heating. This being winter, the felt cold too.
