Good range offered at breakfast. A pity the bacon was so overcooked and dry as to be mostly uneatable. Nice coffee.
As above.
Nice old Coaching Inn. Very friendly staff. Excellent location right in the heart of town. Dog friendly.
Unfortunately we couldn't keep our window open due to being right over where people stood outside to smoke. Room 23. I am not anti smoking and don't mind the smell of cigarettes BUT can't stand the smell of the cannabis people seem to be smoking these days.
Nobody seems to care that it is also illegal.
There was also a very loud banging from either a door slamming or pipes thumping. Fortunately this stopped during the night.
A warm and friendly welcome at this cost old.coahing inn situated in centre of Wells, complete with parking.
Our room was well appointed and comfortable with a view of the cathedral.
The lounge and bar were cosy, and the food was excellent. A good choice at breakfast, with both hot and cold buffet selections, and there were also.some options which were cooked to order.
Overall we would highly recommend and would return
