Fantastic, modern hotel - will be back.
Pros:

Super hotel. First time staying here. The spa is amazing and spread across two floors. Great modern gym. The food at breakfast, lunch and evening was beautiful. Fantastic location too. Plus great you get the tourist card to go up the cable cars for free. Hotel is super modern as well which usually I'm not a fan of in the small mountain villages, but this got it spot on.

Cons:

Only small moan was the air con in the gym wasn't great. And when the temperature is well in the 30's, it makes it a sweaty experience. But it's literally a minuscule moan.

Over expectations
Pros:

Breakfast and lunch buffet were extraordinary. Buffet choices are just endless.
Lunch buffet lasts enough time to accommodate everyone’s needs, even after a ling morning out.
Spa, pools and saunas are extremely clean and not overcrowded. Super quiet mainly in the morning.

Cons:

Staff could be more prepared about excursions and tips for activities around.
Dinner is gourmet style and not very typical, you should be prepared for that. I would suggest that o add some tyrolean dishes on top of very general ones (nuggets, etc) is someone’s doesn’t like daring gourmet combinations.

Wonderful
Pros:

The facility is fantastic, with several saunas and pools, some of which are outdoors. In the larger or hotter ones, they organize spectacular events.

The relax areas are very well-designed, with attention to detail and perfect lighting.

There is also a children’s pool with a slide.

Room is gorgeous and bathroom is roomy and perfect.

Staff is always kind and helpful

Cons:

The buffet is varied, but the dishes on the menu don’t always meet very high expectations.
Charging for sparkling water might be an unnecessary lapse in style.

Hotel in a good position but service not corresponding to a 5 star hotel
Pros:

This is a 5 star hotel located in the middle of Valle Aurina and surrounded by a beautiful nature. The hotel is in a good position to reach most of the attractions of the area. There is a good spa and personnel are kind and available to meet clients' requests

Cons:

The overall level of service, the rooms and the meals are not at the level of a 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast is chaotic, there is too little time for dinner (7-8.30 pm). You are requested to select your meals for the dinner at breakfast, which is common in a Garni or a 3-star hotel but not at this level of price. There is no evening service in the rooms to prepare for the night, no control of air conditioning either. The concierge does not provide good information regarding opportunities for hiking in the Valley for instance.
