Could better. Could be worse.
Pros:

We like to walk so we didn’t mind that it was a little far from the centre. There were still enough restaurants and stores nearby and a train station to downtown very close. We were able to check in early which was nice. The room and bathroom were spacious enough for Japan.

Cons:

Our room smelled very badly of smoke and the quilt on the bed was very old and stained. We wanted to open the window to air out the room, but there was so much bird poop right outside.

Good price but the bed was way too small
Pros:

It was clean and not too expensive. We got new towels everyday.

Cons:

There was only one small bed (1,20m) for two persons, so i had to sleep on the floor because I didnt want to cuddle my roommate. I asked for a futon, but there wasnt any available. The WiFi was kinda weak too.

Disappointing, had to move to another place since they only had smoking rooms.
Cons:

Asked for a non-smoking room, but despite confirming the reservation, on arrival it turned out that there were only smoking rooms. Very disappointing, I had to move to another place as a result.
