An der Rezeption eine extrem unhöfliche junge Dame - und ein Frühstückt das katastrophal war, eine Kaffemaschine die nicht funktioniert hat, es gab nur eine ! Und ein völlig überfordertes Personal beim Frühstück- sehr schlechte Organisation und nur 2 Stunden offen

Kylpyhuoneessa suihkussa vesi leviää koko kylppäriin, koska suihkuseinä olematon.

Ļoti labi un relaksējoši.
Pros:

Viesnīca ļoti mājīga, klusa. Skaista terase. Lieliskas, daudzveidīgas brokastis. Pie viesnīcas bija iespēja nolikt auto bez maksas. Ļoti tuvu pludmale, pastaigu vietas. Labiekārtota, bet klusa pludmale- bez skaļām mūzikām.

Cons:

Maz vietas automašīnai pie viesnīcas. Dušā uzmanīgi jāmazgājas, jo baigi iet ūdens pa visurieni. Ļoti maz vietas. Arī numuriņš ļoti maziņš un ledusskapis novietots vienā stūrī tā, ka knapi tiek garām pie gultas. Nenormāli mīksts matracis. Priecātos, ja arī vakariņas varētu paēst viesnīcā.

Oikein mukava ja siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.
Pros:

Hyvä aamiainen. Kuoharia aamiaisella. Runsas minibaari. Parveke huoneessa. Hyvä sijainti. Siisti paikka. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Cons:

Hieman ruuhkaa aamiaisella, koska Aamiaistila pienehkö. Parveke oli jäänyt siivoamatta. Kylppäri siisti, mutta kastuu kokonaan kun käy suihkussa.

Experience not to repeat!

Staff on check in super unfriendly not only to me also to my brother . We arrived at different times to the hotel and the lady in the reception was surprisingly unfriendly when i requested if we could leave the bag in the storage because was 14:00 . The same happened with my brother. Room locker or air conditioner that was closed not in use made a 10s noise every 15 minutes what disturbed us during the night and we couldn’t sleep . We complained in the reception at 02:30 am without any success. At least was expecting to change the room. Breakfast food quality was good but the room was super tidy customers couldn’t move .
People taking coffee blocking others to pass with food items . Very badly organized. Nobody said good morning even i noticed the breakfast staff was working hard. Very disappointing experience .

Rauhallinen hotelli kauniissa ympäristössä
Pros:

Sijainti. Hyvä sänky. Hyvä viilennys/ilmalämpöpumppu. Rauhallinen hotelli lähellä rantaa ja keskustaa. Siisti.

Cons:

Suihkutila epäkäytännöllinen, pieni ja avoin.
Ehkä en halua kuulla hotelliin saapuessani tervehdyksen sijaan; ’room avaible at 3 p.m only’… juu tiesimme kyllä sen ja olikin muuta kysyttää kuin huoneenavain:(.
Aamiaisen tarjoilutila ahdas ja hankala.

Pärnu is a fabulous place!
Pros:

Quirky, its name, decent breakfast, very nice staff.
Extremely close to football stadium (and Estonia was playing Faroe Islands), so that was fun!
A beautiful area and delightful walk to a spa called Hedon and the main drag within the town of Pärnu, where there fabulous choices for outdoor dining as well as for shopping. The lilac bushes were in full bloom all over the town and the smell was unforgettable!!

Cons:

Bed was the equivalent of an old fashioned "DOUBLE" (not Queen!!!) bed and it was an OLD lumpy bed, flush against the wall.
We are super active and strong. Still, it was a bummer to have to lug my luggage up their flights of stairs to our room. No assistance offered
And no elevator. Not exactly "legendary".

Viihtyisä hotelli!
Pros:

Ilmastointi huoneessa oli hyvä ja toimiva. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja huolimatta rannalla olleista bailuista mitään ei kuulunut sisälle (kun malttoi laittaa ikkunan kiinni).

Cons:

Pysäköintipaikkoja ei ollut, sillä ladun varressa kaikki paikat varattuja. Pysäköintiin ei myöskään ollut kunnon ohjeistusta alkuun. Saimmekin sitten 30€:n pysäköintivirhemaksun.
