Alors, au vu du prix et de l’aspect de l’établissement, rien ne va, les chambres ne sont pas isolées on entend tout ce qu’il se dit dans les couloirs, et la salle de bain n’en parlons pas, une baignoire bancale avec un pommeau de douche fixer au plafond qui en met de l’eau partout donc la salle de bain constamment trempée. On a voulu m’arnaquer à ne pas me rendre ma monnaie sur le prix de la chambre, et puis payer constamment en cash n’est pas très légal. Au vu du prix et le personnel qui fait genre « luxe » cela ne veux rien, vraiment déçu.

Le château d’extérieur est jolie avec la piscine, la personne de la réception accueillante

Cons:

Les toilettes cassées, porte de douche cassé, le courant qui se coupe et se rallume..
La fenêtre inutile on entend tout sachant que c’est dans une zone industrielle.
Le personnel du bar très peu aimable en bref je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Pros:

The atmosphere. Felt like we stayed in a castle. Swimmingpool area was relaxing and nice. Good food. Clean rooms and welcoming employees.

Cons:

We didn’t know they could not accept card payments, so we had to get to an atm. We came by taxi, but it’s in a rural area, so it would be easier to get around if you came in your own car.

It was good but coul’ve been a little better
Pros:

We liked the castle style, the decor inside and outside. We enjoyed the pool as well.

Cons:

We didn’t like the breakfast that much. It’s a standard breakfast, we would’ve rather hqd if they had at least 2 different options. And the personel was rude, they didn’t bother talking or responding to customers.

Pros:

They packed our breakfast because we left early,the receptionist and the waiter was so nice and helpful,the place it's so beautiful

Personeel vriendelijk, badkamer niet helemaal fris en in het hotel mag overal gerookt worden!

Cons:

De verouderde en kapotte badkamer; er was een lek aan de buis van de wc, hierdoor lekte het wc-water en stond er steeds een plas water in de badkamer. Mijn zoontje is hierdoor uitgegleden. De boiler werkte ook niet goed, waardoor we ons moesten douchen met koud water.
Niets te doen in de omgeving, eerder drukke banen in een industrie buurt. Te ver om nog even naar het centrum te gaan als je geen eigen wagen hebt.
