Hotel für den perfekten Winteraufenthalt in Bergün
Pros:

Personal unglaublich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit (hat trotz meiner Falschbuchung alles daran gesetzt, dass wir zu Dritt einen tollen Aufenthalt geniessen können). Zimmer sehr ruhig, gemütlich und mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf das Dorf und die Berge. Frühstück sehr lecker. Abendessen im Hotel ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder!

The hospitality, the food, the corner room at the 3rd floor, the chitchat with the owner which resulted in breakfast opening one hour earlier in the mornings to accommodate those of us taking the early train to Davos WEF.

Wonderful -- historic, comfortable, beautiful.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly accommodating, and dinner in the restaurant was outstanding.

Cons:

This isn't the hotel's fault but it seems that every town in Switzerland has at least one church that rings bells on the hour and the half hour throughout the day and night. Charming but if your window is open will blast you out of bed every 30 minutes (close your window if you are on the church side of the hotel)

We happened upon Bergün by chance, as we were unable to secure accommodations in St. Moritz. Bergün is a quintessential Alpine village—picturesque and nestled at the foot of the Alps. The hotel proved to be an excellent find: impeccably clean, ideally located, and staffed by an exceptionally courteous and attentive team. The proprietor, Mrs. Britt, was most gracious and accommodating, striving to meet our needs in every possible way, including arranging a reservation at the hotel’s own restaurant when no tables were otherwise available. The cuisine at the restaurant, I must add, was both excellent and abundant. Furthermore, I wish to highlight the professionalism and dedication of the staff, particularly two young Portuguese employees whose presence greatly facilitated communication.
