Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Schönes, gut erhaltenes Gebäude. Freundliche Bedienung am Empfang. Gutes Morgenessen. Organisation des Morgenbuffets hat gut geklappt. Das Zimmer entsprach meinen Erwartungen bezüglich Grösse und Ausstattung. Skiraum. Raum für Skischuhe. Man konnte nach dem Auschecken Koffern einstellen und Wertgegenstände wie das Notebook, einschliessen lassen. Gutes Preis-/Leisungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Das Kopfkissen müsste mal wieder ersetzt werden (leichter Geruch nach alten Bettwaren). Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts zu kritisieren.

Aufenthalt in einem Einzelzimmer ist okay für Durchreise oder Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Traditionelles altes Haus, zentral gelegen mit einfachen Zimmern. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut, frische Artikel, nicht übermässige Auswahl, aber passend für Art und Grösses des Hauses.

Cons:

Das Personal konnte schlecht deutsch oder dann war es gar nicht im Kontakt mit den Gästen. Beim auschecken erschien trotz längerem warten Niemand an der Rezeption. Alles in allem hat mir ein persönlicher freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Personal gefehlt,
Ein grosses Minus sind die Teppiche im Zimmer.

Our Best stay in Switzerland
Pros:

This was the best hotel we stayed at throughout Switzerland. The staff is so kind, the beds were comfortable, and we slept great. They have an excellent restaurant too! (Don’t bother with the Pizza place a block away, eat at the hotel ). Bergün is like a fairytale. The sledding from Preda to Bergün is a must.

Cons:

That we did not stay longer. Everything was perfect.
