Perfection!
Pros:

The location was excellent and the actual hotel was amazing. The attention to detail was incredible, very friendly staff too.
Will definitely return for a second stay so we can actually eat at Terrae too.

Cons:

We didn't have enough time to eat at the restaurant: it smelled and looked wonderful!

We stayed one night ate in the restaurant. We were met on arrival in the car park and being a hot day, offered a room with a better aircon and without direct sun. The room was great and the staff friendly..
The meal in the Restaurant was very nice and well priced.. we would recommend the Hotel Ernest as a great place to stay.
