Curatenia este foarte bine intretinuta. Personalul este amabil si disponibil cand ai nevoie.
Accesul la aceasta locatie e mai dificil. Este pozitionat destul de sus, iar strazile sunt foarte in panta si inguste.
Micul dejun, ca de altfel toate mesele au fost foarte bune, nu foarte diversificate, dar gustoase si putin repetitive.
Programul la piscina incalzita din aer liber a fost foarte restrans. Propun o extindere a programului la aceasta piscina
Чудовий готель з гарними краєвидами з номерів. Є басейн з підігрівом на вулиці і джакузі. Басейн з джакузі у приміщені, сауна. Басейн на даху, ігрова дитяча. Смачна кухня.
Відпочивали в лютому 2026, сподобалось дуже! Персонал прекрасний, їжа просто чудова, номера просторі і комфортні!

Такси чекав 30 хвилин ! Сніданки і трансфер починаються у 9:00 ! Не поснідати ні попасти зранку на підйомник!!! Хто кататися не рекомендую! Сушить вещи теж немає місця ! Немає навіть біля ліжка куди покласти телефон ! Трансфер і харчування в невдалий час !!!!
Гарне місце, гарний персонал який втілює затишок в цьому помешканні
Помітив, що під час централізованих відключень не працює римська парна. Із альтернативних тільки фінська суха сауна, яка може бути протипоказана. Хотілося б мати альтернативу з більшою вологістю і меншою температурою
Чисто, все необхідне є, вигляд з балкону неймовірний, бармен з лаунж бару молодчинка!! Сніданки дуже хороші! Програма готелю - дуже різноманітна! В загальному задоволені!
Дорога до готелю досить екстремальна, дуже на горі, ліфт в готелі не працює, час роботи відкритого басейну дуже короткий, не встигли після лиж жодного разу, на відміну від спа.
