Cheap but not at all cheerful. Avoid. Pay more for better.
Pros:

Not a lot.

Cons:

Tiny tiny bathroom. Half an old travel pack of shampoo. Half a bottle of cheap bodysoap. Two tiny towels. That's your lot as far as bathroom amenities.

Windows. Bars on them. Will not close properly. So noisy and let's aircon outside.

Room. Tiny camping chair to sit on.
Air condition noisy and had master switch to enable it to work. Took 15 minutes to work out because no staff to help.

Reception. Sour faced lady who demanded cash ignorantly, uninterested and immediately before giving my room key so I couldn't move elsewhere. I'd foolishly paid before seeing the room.

Ignorant young man in reception who adressed me as ' HEY you! " whenever we had to have Limited conversation.

No one speaks english.
Living room was awful with a TV that did not work but it was not worth complaining because of the language barrier.
No one seem to care about clients once they had the money which had to be paid in cash.No credit cards allowed whatsoever.Hmm 😒
It WAS cheap and it showed. I'm just thankful I stated only one night. My bad. Pay more for better.

Địa điểm trung tâm nhưng giá rẻ, phù hợp và chất lượng tốt. Chị chủ nhiệt tình, mình đi về trễ vẫn hỗ trợ cho mình. Có chuẩn bị nước trong phòng nên không cần phải mua nước

The location is great and close to the market to buy food. The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for a short stay.

Pros:

We were grateful for this room. We arrived in DaNang late at night to find that the Hotel room we booked was not available. One of the locals scooted around and found us a room somewhere else.
Very grateful for this assistance.
