Not happy
Pros:

As I saw over in booking.com looking good but actually is different, it is bad aspecially bathroom shower was not working properly, No soup, shampoo and tissue. Also receiptionist as additional charge. I told her I already paid in booking.com but she told minimum hotel payment IDR 250.000.

Cons:

Bathroom and Door consition also bed

Probably good for group with low expectations but disappointing for us.
Pros:

Good location, large rooms. Working AC, clean bed linen

Cons:

The family room was in very run-down state. All fixtures were damaged and had marks. No Wifi available in rooms, no power outlet in main bedroom, toilet flush didn’t work well. No toiletries or toilet paper provided.
