Вночі діти не могли спати від дебошу пʼяного екземпляра, який горланив москальською мовою! Зранку на наші скарги відпові

У вас немає війни??? Ви не Українці???? Коли на сніданку , я відкладала прибори очікуючи хвилину мовчання, ніхто з персоналу не зупинився на ту хвилину, музика лунала весь час! Це огидно!!!!

Pros:

Приємний персонал. Були з дітьми, одна - 8 місяців,то було супер комфортно. В номерах чисто і тепло.
Їжа смачна, сніданки включено. Виїжджали раніше сніданку,то нам дбайливо запакували в дорогу з собою.
Відкритий теплий басейн - це просто максимальний релакс після дня на лижах

готель вдало розташований, немає поряд шумної дороги, сервіс чудовий, щоденне прибирання, дуже тепло
Pros:

розташування дуже вдале, вид з вікна просто казковий, басейн теплий під відкритим небом, сауна, кухня

Cons:

так як ми гурмани кави то кава у готелі не дуже за їхні гроші, потрібно з цим щось робити) але це не критично

Загалом враження більше негативні, чим позитивні. В цей готель точно більше не повернемось!
Pros:

Привітні офіціанти та один з адміністраторів, наче звати Леся, саме вона була дуже любʼязна та намагалася допомогти нам з нашими питаннями, навідміну від іншого адміністратора.

Cons:

Бармен та другий адміністратор, котрі ходили з камʼяними обличчями та відверто нам хамили. Новорічний стіл за який ми заплатили 13000 грн на 2-х осіб, був дуже бідним і не дуже смачним, шведська лінія також була бідною, не було з чого обрати і кожен день майже одне й те саме. Замість гарних видів з балкону у нас був вид на дах, бо нас заселили на 2-й поверх, хоча бронювали ми за місяць вперед. В номері не було кондиціонеру, тому іноді було прохолодно, навіть не уявляю, як літом знаходитись в номері, коли дуже жарко.

Ужасно , больше не вернусь

Не поменяли полотенца за 4 дня
Не поменяли постель за 4 дня
На завтраке платное кофе , хотя завтрак входит в стоимость проживания
Выселение в 12 ровно , без возможности задержаться на 10 минут
Каждые 10 минут ожидания платные
Заселение же с задержкой и без извинений
