I booked a hotel, but when I got there they wouldn't let me stay and even deducted money from my bill. I had to call the police, but I still haven't gotten my money back. This hotel has engaged in deceptive practices and needs a thorough investigation.
Location and the fact it had a hot working shower.

The state of the room, the bed was in a disgusting state, dirty marks, stains and black hairs all over it, I’m sure the bed was not changed. There were cigarette burns in the pillow case. Red lip stick marks up the wall. The room itself was very very dirty, rubbish left around the bed, grime all over the walls and windows. The toilet had something growing in the bowl, dirty soap left in sink and over all gross shower room. The room had an unpleasant smell probably from never being cleaned.
We understand it’s a cheap rate for the room however basic hygiene for bed sheets is needed.

Not clean at all.
Downtown close to everything. Everything that you could ever need is a short walk away. Delivery from the nearby restaurants straight to the room without an extra fee. Friendly staff and nice area. Close to the train station ro head back to Jakarta or onward to Yogyakarta!
Wifi wasn't working in my room. The previous room that I stayed at had great wifi.
