Nothing really.
Difficult to find. Cockroaches in the room. Dirty bed.
No soap and shampoo. No toilet paper.
Location it's at the heart of Bandung literally all what you need on few steps from your stay
Not Clean at all sheets & pillows were very dirty
The Location.is very good, so many culinary and shops there, the mall very close just on foot
Be completed with simple toiletries, mirror, fix the toilet key also the tv, the cleaness of the room must be improved
It's not a matter of satisfaction or dissatisfaction, but rather a matter of deception.
I booked a hotel, but when I got there they wouldn't let me stay and even deducted money from my bill. I had to call the police, but I still haven't gotten my money back. This hotel has engaged in deceptive practices and needs a thorough investigation.
Location and the fact it had a hot working shower.
Lovely Italian near by
The state of the room, the bed was in a disgusting state, dirty marks, stains and black hairs all over it, I’m sure the bed was not changed. There were cigarette burns in the pillow case. Red lip stick marks up the wall. The room itself was very very dirty, rubbish left around the bed, grime all over the walls and windows. The toilet had something growing in the bowl, dirty soap left in sink and over all gross shower room. The room had an unpleasant smell probably from never being cleaned.
We understand it’s a cheap rate for the room however basic hygiene for bed sheets is needed.
Location and staff was good.
Not clean at all.
Downtown close to everything. Everything that you could ever need is a short walk away. Delivery from the nearby restaurants straight to the room without an extra fee. Friendly staff and nice area. Close to the train station ro head back to Jakarta or onward to Yogyakarta!
Wifi wasn't working in my room. The previous room that I stayed at had great wifi.
Great location, could hear music from inside but not everything from outside, close to a bunch of shops and mall, great value
No window, only one electrical outlet, internet would reset everyday at 5 am, some days it would reset multiple times
i really like the location , close every where
when i enter the room was the television is.not working and the tolet can't flushed. the table beside the bed for charging the cellphone was broken, there were no screw
