it was disappointed because when I arrive, the officer said that room I book not include Air Conditioner.

Lokasi strategis
I booked a room with private bathroom but the staff gave me a room without one, saying it's already full and it's given to other people on the first come first serve basis. They also wouldn't refund the price difference between these two rooms because they said it's all price the same. This is not the case in booking.com in which i have paid for definitely a more expensive room.
The room was extremely hot, not well ventilated and the AC blew warm air.

Super comfy bed and after the long travel I had it was very much needed. My room was clean and spacious enough for just one person. If you’re flying to Jakarta airport use the cititrans service to reach Bandung and the drop off station is one minute walk from this place so very convenient. The staff were nice.
The bathroom wasn’t really clean. Since I only stayed 2 nights it didn’t bother me too much but if I were to have stayed longer I probably would’ve wanted to bleach the entire thing. Other than that honestly it’s not bad for the price!
