Zimmer mit Balkon war super.

Cons:

Es gab im Zimmer keinen Wasserkocher oder Kaffeezubehör. Beim Frühstück wurden die Dinge vom Vortag und vermutlich auch die Dinge vom Vortag des Vortages serviert. Die Hafermilch war (von mehreren Gästen kommentiert) ungenießbar, vermutlich weil in den Behälter täglich neue Milch nachgefüllt wurde ohne den Behälter zu reinigen. Die Früchte waren zum Teil unreif oder beschädigt, die Brötchen zum Teil verbrannt, das Teewasser warm statt heiß. Beim Frühstück wurde manche Tage gefragt, ob man Kaffee möchte und manche Tage war längere Zeit niemand da und somit auch kein Kaffee. Obwohl das Frühstück bis 11 Uhr angeboten werden sollte, wurde ab 10 Uhr nichts mehr aufgefüllt oder schon um 10.30 Uhr die Säfte/Milch etc. weggeräumt. Das Personal insgesamt wirkte teilnahmslos, überfordert und genervt von Wünschen und den Gästen.

Pros:

Auf meinem wunsch, ein zimmer in der zweiten etage nach hinten liegend zu bekommen ist man eingegangen. Vielen dank dafür. Insgesamt war das hotel sehr schön, ich werde gerne wiederkommen!

Tolles Zimmer, super Frühstück
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und hatte einen schönen Balkon mit tollem Blick. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und die Check-out Zeiten äußerst Nachtschwärmerfreundlich
