Pros:

Kopumā ir tīri okey, ja nepieciešama vieta, kur tikai pārnakšņot.
Numuriņš man šķita glīts un tīrs, atrašanās vieta laba. Forši, ka pieejams minibārs.

Cons:

Bija vairāki sīkumi, kas sakrājās un nedaudz pabojāja kopējo sajūtu.
Darbinieki laužas iekšā numuriņā.. Es varbūt aizmirsu uzlikt zīmi, ka nevajag traucēt, bet 5x lauzties iekšā un slēgt vaļā durvis arī nav ok. Un pēdējā dienā manā numuriņā vienkārši neklauvējot no ārpuses ienāca darbiniece - un tas bija 30 min pirms oficiāla check-out laika, labi, ka biju sataisījusies.
Varbūt uzkopšanu uzturēšanās laikā vajadzētu veikt tikai pēc norādes, ko viesi uzliek uz rokturiem.
Kafija, kas ir brokastu laika galvenā daļa - bija pieejama tikai komunicējot ar darbiniekiem. Manuprāt, tas nav komfortabli.
Apelsīnu sula bija sabojājusies.
Un vēl.. ir jauki domāt par klientu atsauksmēm un uzlabojumiem.. bet nevajag arī pārjautāt no visām pusēm to 10x 🤭

Sehr nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück

Cons:

1. Leider war das Bad nicht sauber: Haare im Waschbecken, Toilette verschmutzt, Fugen in der Dusche verdeckt.

2. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Zimmers (Nr.15) entspricht keinesfalls einem drei Sterne Hotel. Die Vorhänge und der Teppich sind sehr veraltet und unsauber. Das Zimmer befindet sich leider in einen abgewohnten Zustand.

Pros:

A friend invited me to this stunning Hotel next to the central “Rudolfplatz”. The Room was very cosy and comfortable and the staff were all very nice. Thank you so much I will definitely repeat!!

Frühstück ist umfangreich und gut. Lage recht zentral. Parkplätze an Sonn- und Feiertagen auffindbar.

Das Personal war super nett und aufmerksam - die Lage ist an einer großen Straße aber durch die Kölner Verkehrsführung ist der Verkehr nicht störend - durch gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr ist vieles schnell erreichbar

Cons:

Es gab kleine Abzüge in der B-Note bei der Sauberkeit, die aber in der Hektik des Alltages durchaus mal passieren können. Es war im großen und Ganzen hygienisch und gut gereinigt.

Die Mitarbeiter extrem hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die übertriebene Darstellung der Gründer (des Ehepaars) in allen Phasen ihres Lebens wirkt unnötig und vermittelt eine unangenehme Arroganz sowie Egozentrik. Ein einziges Foto von beiden zusammen mit einer kurzen Erklärung wäre völlig ausreichend. Andernfalls wirkt es beinahe schon psychotisch, wenn sich in jeder Ecke ein Bild von ihnen befindet.

Hi ha molta botiga i restauració al costat aixi com transport públic.

Tot i que la relació qualitat preu és bona avui en dia l’aire acondicionat es imprescindible
