Pros:

It was easy. Nice view towards east. Quiet on that side. Clean. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Room 73: the air conditioner does not really cool down the air even if it is running. The room is cramped. Not important: a bit dated e.g. keys and not cards.
For breakfast coffee (espresso) was not good!
I paid extra to be able to cancel a day in advance with one day penalty payment, assuming that meant I could interrupt my stay with one day notice. But it meant only for the start of the say. And I made my booking the day before arriving. So this should not have been an option even!

enttäuschendes Zimmer und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, aber Zimmer viel zu klein ohne Sitzgelegenheit außer einem in eine Ecke gezwängten unbequemen Plastikstuhl. Duschtasse im kleinen Badezimmer winzig und mit Duschvorhang, der nicht nur völlig aus der Zeit, sondern auch unpraktisch bis unhygienisch ist und sich schnell aus den Halterungen (Druckknöpfe) löste. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber dies war das schlechteste Zimmer. Klimaanlage grundsätzlich vorteilhaft, aber blies genau auf's Bett, daher nicht nutzbar.

Cons:

Zimmer zu klein, Dusche mit Vorhang statt Kabine o.ä., Klimaanlage auf Bett ausgerichtet, keine echte Sitzgelegenheit

Frühstück hervorragend, Zimmer ok, Balkon nichts für Menschen mit Höhenangst
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Es wurde auch kurz vor Ende der Frühstückszeit noch alles nachgelegt.
Lage zentral.

Cons:

Balkon sehr klein, nach hinten raus. Für Menschen mit Höhenangst nicht geeignet.

Sehr gut
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und gut. Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich. Lage sehr gut in der Innenstadt, in der Nähe eine kostengünstige Parkmöglichkeit.

Zimmer schmutzig - Service super!
Pros:

Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und geschmacklich gut.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer an vielen Stellen noch schmutzig bzw. nicht gut oder gar nicht gereinigt. Neben Müll unter dem Bett fanden wir ein Handtuch mit Flecken so wie eine verschmutzte Matratze vor. Außerdem fehlte an einem Nachtlicht der Kippschalter und an einem Bett war ein Fuß gebrochen.
