Pros:

Location is okay, staff is friendly, can manage English. Breakfast buffet is available on some of the days, but room service is better as there is no big spread in the buffet.

Cons:

On the first day, there was something like a source spilt on the bedsheet. That was a bad first impression. But they did change it immediately after I requested. Heater is okay, but one day for one room a portable heater was provided which was not good enough.

not professional staff. they ask you to extend without booking.com and pay in cash. they dont give you an invoice. food is horrible.
