والله والله والله اسوء مكان سكنته بحياتي اول شي المبنى قديم وقذر تشم ريحة الوساخه والمجاري في الاسياب وحطوني بغرفة بعيده مره مره كل يوم اروح واطلع مليون الف درج علشان اوصل لها وتضيع، الحمام فيه ريحه تكرمون والتليفون مايشتغل في المكان كل وعطوني رقم واتس اتوصل معهم ومايردون تخيلون اني اذا ابي شي كل يوم انزل لرسبشن والمكان بعيد ومشي وطلعت درج متعبه اخذت اقامة شامله وماتسوى الاكل عادي جداً مره يكون كويس ومره يكون الحمدالله على النعمه بس نصيحة الي يبي يشتري راحته يهججج لمكان ارقى من كذا

Hotel has a good core but does not live up to 4 star claim at all.
Pros:

The views were amazing and the staff was great. Pools were nice.

Cons:

Whole hotel needs maintenance, food was not good, proper cleaning is needed as hotel is dusty and dirty, more amenities expected from a 4 star hotel - no bath soap or any toiletries were provided. Hotel was very disappointing.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

This was our second time visiting over the course of the summer and I can honestly say the staff (especially the restaurant manager - Yusuf) went above and beyond to make our stay lovely for my mother and I.
Hopefully be back soon...

Cons:

The only negative I would say, is the WIFI in our room was not always up to speed and kept dropping off so that could be improved.

The hotel is a mixed bad, but overall fine for the price and the views are definitely worth it!
Pros:

The views are stunning - even from the room balcony the view was amazing - that was the best part. The pools were very nice too.

Cons:

Many things could be improved - our room didn’t have a mirror and the bathroom didn’t have a shower door or a curtain. Other rooms had those.
The hotel had instant coffee machines, but no real coffee - I even wouldn’t have minded paying extra for good coffee, but the hotel didn’t have that. Very disappointing for a coffee lover like myself. The staff was ok, however the receptionists don’t speak good English, so communication wasn’t on point and they weren’t super helpful with the questions I had.

Timings for food and the variety of food
Rooms old and tired. Stained floors, rusting furniture and door, unclean bathroom, balcony full of bird poo.
No A/C in the reception
All inclusive but you have to pay for cocktails, fresh juice.

Pros:

Close to Bodrum city centre but far enough from the party noise. Amazing views, comfortable beds, spacious room, friendly staff, great buffet!

Pros:

I was generally satisfied, but there were some shortcomings. The drink options were limited, and the variety of food didn't suit every palate. However, the hotel is nice and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is so lovely that we didn't miss the comfort of our home. Fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed. The food is excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. The pool is very comfortable and clean.
