لا أنصح بهذه الشقة للعائلات ولا أرى أن مستوى المكان يتناسب إطلاقًا مع التقييم الموجود له على Booking.com لو كان بإمكاني

الشيء الوحيد الإيجابي في الإقامة كان الموظفون
كانوا ودودين ومتعاونين وساعدوني في حجز تذاكر رحلة خليج هالونغ البحرية وهذا يُحسب لهم

أما الشقة نفسها فكانت صادمة من ناحية النظافة والسلامة

* بمجرد وصولنا إلى الطابق اكتشفنا أن المنطقة تُستخدم لغسيل ملابس الفندق وكانت الغسالات الخاصة بغسيل الشراشف والملابس موجودة هناك مع دخول وخروج العمال بشكل مستمر
* وجود العمال في نفس منطقة الشقة جعلنا نشعر بعدم الأمان والخصوصية خصوصًا مع وجود أطفال
* زجاج الشرفة كان مكسورًا ومكتوب عليه لا تلمس لكن هذا ليس حلًا مقبولًا نحن عائلة ومعنا أطفال وهذه شرفة وباب يمكن للأطفال الاقتراب منه بسهولة
* الأسوأ أن باب الشرفة لا يُغلق بشكل كامل وهذا يمثل مشكلة أمن وسلامة واضحة
* المصعد والمنطقة المحيطة به كانا مرتبطين بحركة العمال والغسيل مما جعل المكان غير مريح إطلاقًا
* عند دخول الشقة كانت هناك رائحة كريهة ومقززة جدًا في جميع أنحاء المكان
* مستوى النظافة كان سيئًا جدًا والشقة بدت وكأنها لم تُنظف بالشكل المناسب قبل استقبال الضيوف
* أدوات المطبخ كانت متسخة جدًا لدرجة أنني لم أستطع استخدامها لتحضير الطعام
* الشراشف كانت متسخة ومتهالكة
* الأغطية والمفارش كانت جافة وغير مريحة
* والأمر الأكثر إثارة للاشمئزاز هو أننا وجدنا صراصير داخل الشقة كما وجدت وزغة تمشي على الأرض عند خروجي من غرفة النوم

بصراحة عندما أحجز مكانًا للإقامة مع عائلتي فإن النظافة والسلامة والخصوصية هي الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات وهذه الشقة فشلت في هذه الأمور الأساسية

وجود زجاج شرفة مكسور وباب لا يغلق بشكل صحيح مع وجود أطفال ليس مجرد ملاحظة بسيطة على الإقامة إنها مسألة سلامة لا ينبغي تجاهلها

Pros:

Vị trí thuận tiện để ra biển Bãi cháy rất gần. Khách sạn khá sạch, có mùi thơm . Điều hòa mát, sàn sạch, giường êm.

Cons:

Mình k thích Mùi xịt thơm phòng và mùi thơm ở sảnh ks, nó hơi ngào ngạt. Tolet cần bố trí thêm chỗ để bánh xà phòng để khi tắm thuận tiện hơn. Nước nóng có nhưng vòi sen rất khó chỉnh để ra nước ấm liên tục. Mình phải dùng vòi thẳng khác để xả nước ấm. Tủ lạnh không hề làm mát được. Đèn ngủ bị hỏng bóng. Tiếc là ks không có dịch vụ ăn uống. Chỉ có chỗ nghỉ.

Not perfect
Pros:

Nice location of the hotel. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well equipped

Cons:

People were smoking cigarettes and were very loud, partying and shouting at 1am yet the stuff did not do anything to stop this. Also i booked two nights but they said they were full and i can stay one night only but for a better price, however they charged me more the next day
