The location had a nice balcony to sit out on
It was not clean the floor was dusty they never cleaned when we were there
I kept it clean had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll every day
Was a nice stay - clean but bathroom was a little old
The host was kind and very nice, she spoke good english. They have elevator in the hotel, free massage chair at reception, location is also good. There is english language movies on tv, however our remote wasnt working on the first day!
The room and the bathroom was dirty, no hot water despite there was a seperate switch for it, toilet was stinky too. The fan was broken in our room, also there is no proper isolation, so we could hear loud noises from one of the other room. The breakfast was just okay, we got served omlette and sliced dry bread. Coffee was weak and cold, and they dont make it fresh every day, they use the leftovers.
Dont book your motorbike or tour there, they double the prices.

The price, the location, the nicely maintained rooms and not to forget Lisa.. The jolly and ever smiling lady at the reception desk.
Rooms could have been bigger but it was very well covered up by the furnishings and the common balcony.
Fantastic value for money. Spacious room with a huge bed, and nice, clean bathroom. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome, they helped us book a cruise and organise a bus down south. The massage chair in reception was a particular highlight.

Staff were incredible friendly and helpful. They let us shower after check out when we return from Ha Long Bay tour. Luggage store is free here to keep your luggage for a few days, I think it is possible for 1 month or more as well. Ask them anything.
