Bên ngoài nhìn rất sang trọng,nhưng khi bước vao cửa chính nơi tiếp tân mùi hôi ,ẩm.Không biết nhân viên hay người nhà người nam ngồi hai chân để ngang lên ghế trông vừa mất thẩm quan và thiếu tôn trọng với khách hàng (mình đã ở đây 2 ngày,ra vào lúc nào cũng nhìn thấy)
‼️Bảo vệ ở cầu thang bộ thì ngồi ở quầy xem điện thoại và hai con mắt lố lố nhìn khách hàng tự xách hành lý và đồ‼️
Phòng rộng thoải mái nhưng rất hôi và bụi bặm bám nguyên như cả năm chưa hề lau chùi qua
Chăn gối ga giường mùi hôi của khách trước vẫn còn nguyên,khách trả phòng nhưng không thay ga giường mà dùng nguyên ga giường đó xắp xếp lại rồi cho khách tiếp theo dùng ‼️vì mùi hôi của cơ thể người khác hoàn toàn với các mùi hôi thối khác ‼️
Dép đi trong phòng bẩn dính nguyên đôi ba vết vàng đen và ố bẩn
Trên booking có ghi chú bao gồm bữa sáng nhưng khi đến sáng mình hỏi nhân viên quầy nói hotel không có bữa sáng 😂😂😂😂Bữa sáng đối với mình không quan trọng lắm mình có ăn bên ngoài (‼️nhưng nếu không có thì không được đăng trên bài đăng quảng cáo ‼️
Nhân viên quầy oder tàu ra vịnh cho mình từ 2 giờ chiều hôm trước đến 9:00 giờ sáng hôm sau mới là giờ tàu xuất phát . khoảng cách Thời gian đặt tàu tới thời gian xuất phát là 19 tiếng đồng hồ ,quá đủ để chuẩn bị và thông báo những thông tin cần thiết cho khách hàng .Nhưng không đến 9:00 giờ mình ra đến cảng vẫn ngơ ngác không biết tàu số mình công ty nào đón mình.Gọi cho nhân viên khách sạn lúc đó mới kêu người ra đón và đón được mình thì đã 9:15
Lúc 2:00 hôm trước đặt tàu và thanh toán tiền mình có hỏi nhân viên đặt tàu cho mình,ngồi tàu thăm vịnh có cần mang theo và chuẩn bị gì không?nhân viên nói không cần chỉ cần đồ bơi nếu muốn tắm biển.

You will get a lot more for the money elsewhere, it was ok but won’t be back

Place was okay but nothing like stated on the booking site. Align the staff member was very helpful, terrace bar closed as well as the billiard room, so all you actually got was a room… nothing else

Pros:

Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Qualität entspachen dem sehr sehr günstigen Übernachtungspreis!!
"Diamond Luxury" ist hier einzig der unverbaute Blick auf die Bucht (zumindest aus unserem Familienzimmer im 6. Stock).

Cons:

Restaurant und Bar waren geschlossen. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, obwohl es auf booking steht.
Nicht so schlimm, in der Umgebung findet sich alles.

Great experience.
Pros:

When I arrived I was greeted by the gentleman at the front desk and immediately I felt welcomed. After checking in the gentleman asked if I had "What's up" app? I replied I do & he asked what I might be interested in doing? I gave him a few ideas and he loaded up my app. with GREAT suggestions. Kudos to him. Later the next evening I was making my plans for Cat Ba Island and the young lady was very courteous and helpful with ferry departure times, made a great suggestion as where to get the BEST Pho in town. Kudos to her as well. Highly recommend, room was outstanding, bed very comfy. Security at the front door makes you feel better with leaving your motorcycle in front. Had no issues with anything. Great ambience. Great value as well, if I visit again I will for sure stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a great location, right in the middle of the beautiful bay in Halong City. The staff is very friendly, and they gave us a room with a great view of the bay and the islands. The rooftop terrace is also fantastic. However, we were a bit confused on the first day and felt a bit isolated, as there are no public buses for western tourists in Halong City, and there were no bicycle or motorbike rentals nearby. However, the hotel helped us find one.

Cons:

Overall you can say that the hotel is very okay and the location is great and Ha Long City is also well worth seeing, but it lacks a tourist office or tourist information service for western tourists, because there are a lot of sights, but you hardly get any information about them from the hotel and are only referred to the numerous expensive cruises in the bay, there are several very worth seeing temples, great restaurants and a very interesting city on both sides of the hills that is worth exploring, also by foot, but it would also be nice to have bikes to rent at the hotel.
