Pros:

It was cheap for a few hours

Cons:

So dirty. Hair and dirt all over the ground. No working aircon. Almost look like someone was living in the room. However the price is extremely cheap so I get what I pay for.

Cheap and just fine
Pros:

7min walk from overnight bus stop and was able able to check in early morning at around 3.30am (had booked previous night to be sure). Easy enough to contact through WhatsApp and were able to add on an extra night with no issues. Also helped us with some laundry but it seemed a bit expensive at 50k (VND) per kg but we were desperate

Cons:

Sheets and towels a bit dirty. Staff seemed a bit grumpy but it was early when we arrived so that makes sense. The duvet/blanket didn't fit across the bed but we managed just fine

Pros:

De Charm is a lovely place to stay in Ninh Binh! The ambiance is peaceful, with beautiful surroundings that make it perfect for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering everything we needed. The location is convenient for exploring the area's attractions. A wonderful experience overall—I’d definitely stay here again!

Pros:

Big room. Bathroom facilities okay. Elevator to get to floors.

Cons:

Ended up staying at the hotel next door due to renovations which we weren't made aware of. Mould in corners of room and near windows. Not great ventilation. Quite far away from attractions.
