Well equipped
Room in excellent condition. Kind and helpful staff. We have a generator so we didn't feel any discomfort despite the regular power cuts in the city.
The double bed was two spring mattresses pushed together. So the center of the bed is hard and unusable
Property was nice. Hotel rooms were fairly modern. The younger girl helped us get a taxi this morning and was really lovely
When we arrived, there was no communication with the lady on the front desk! She just handed us a room key without asking our name. Additionally, the fridge in the room still had the previous customers food still in it so not sure how efficient the cleaning is.
Cozy room, good location for walking around, friendly staff.
Stuff was friendly and laundry service did a very good job. Even though they do not speak English they did not hesitate to help and translate via phone in order to communicate. This went pretty well. The price is very low.
When I arrived the bed sheets where really dirty. However they chanced it immediately when I asked them to.
The bathroom has really dirty corners. There are hair (not mine) shower drain, a lot of molt and there was a strange small which I can not say what exactly it was. Also I saw a bug running around.
I came during cold season, the AC should be able to also heat the room however it did not and I was freezing. Also the water did only get warm for around 30 seconds which made showering a challenge.
The two mattresses of the bed where extremely uncomfortable. I had a very bad back pain after the first night and was sleeping the remaining nights on the middle/edge of the mattresses to have at least a little stability.
The prepared cubs (for tea and coffee) were dirty so I didn’t use them. No cleaning service.
It was pretty noisy, which I did not concern to much about. However if you are sensitive of constantly hearing a machine running from the other room or couples celebrating there honeymoon multiple times a day, than you should consider staying here.
The location in general is not bad, however there is not much to do and the Harbour for taking the cruise through the halong bay is a bit far with approximately 30min Grab ride, around 8€ of cost.
All in one, I would not come back. If you consider sleeping here do not stay more than one night.
Staff very helpful and went out of their way to show me where the resturants were, convient stores and even bicycle rental. Communication was slow but with the help of translator app and their patience we were able to bridge the gap.
No booking information but the staff did make phone call to an English speaking person to help.with possible booking arrangements.

I would give more stars if I could. Our room was quite cute and very cozy. Also it was really clean.
Our host was the best! We booked last minute during boarding our flight to Haiphong and when we got off the plane an hour later our driver was already waiting. He also managed to get us a cruise to Halong Bay last minute and was arranging all our other transfers. I highly recommend to stay here!
the hotel is new and modern. Viet and Duan were really friendly and hospitable. We got to the hotel after the long bus from sapa and they tried to let us check in 2 hours earlier. Book the boat trip with them and it also great
