Chủ vui vẻ, cởi mở, báo giá thông tin rõ ràng. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Dù đi vào mùa ko đông khách nhưng khách sạn vẫn rất chỉn chu, ko có dấu hiệu phục vụ lơ là. Tuyệt vời!
HUONG TRAN. That's her name . She like to call her Kelly. She's managing the hotel with her family. Educated in Australia. Perfect English speaker hard to find around here. She save few times. I have no words to describe her attitude and attention. Thank you Lady Tran.

Staff were friendly and let us check in early. The room was clean and spacious.
The location is really weird! This part of Halong seems like a ghost town with lots and lots of new buildings that are mostly empty.

The location was great, the hotel was clean and the staff went above and beyond. The beds are super comfortable and the linens are clean.

The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, locations very close to a popular beach area which has lots of activities for all ages.
This hotel is in a new beach area develpment that is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The room is large and comfortable.
The wifi was non existent and there are no coffee shops or restaurants nearby at the moment. Many of the adjacent buidlings are empty.
Very new and clean hotel. Room had a lot of space and was very comfortable.
We didn't have hot water in the morning. Please note that the entire neighborhood is under development, and the streets seem to be all pretty quiet when off season, so you might need to walk a bit to find an open restaurant.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, it is very dirty and broken, on the wall of the room next to the bed there was a piece of gum stuck, in the bathroom there was a cockroach, and the reception was quite unfriendly
Unfortunately the hotel is located in an extremely quiet area. There were lots of buildings but no restaurants, pubs, activities or people around. The hotel itself was nice but extremely quiet. We checked out early.
