Es ist sauber, komfortabel, liegt nahe am Strand, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Preis-Leistung unschlagbar. Mein bisher bester Hotel-Aufenthalt in Vietnam.

Zimmer gross genug und sauber.
Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank etc. vorhanden.
Kelly, die Besitzerin, nett und freundlich
Spricht sehr gut englisch, war längere Zeit in Australien.
Hat dort Hotelwesen studiert.

Cons:

Wenn Kaffeeportionen, Wassertausch etc gewesen wäre, hätte es eine 10 gegeben.
So nicht ganz perfekt.
Für 3 Nächte alles okay😃👍

Clean hotel room and comfortable bed, couldn't ask for more for the price we paid. Nice shower, friendly reception.

Cons:

Not the about the hotel but to let others know The whole area has a weird vibe with all the renovations going on and empty buildings plus the quiet season. But the hotel is on the quieter part so quite peaceful. Just need to get a taxi to restaurants in the quiet season.

You won’t find a better hotel in Ha Long. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and everything feels well taken care of.

The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. When we lost our wallet in a taxi, they contacted the driver and communicated everything for us until we got it back. We were so grateful for their support.

They also accommodated us at 4 a.m. after our previous booking in Ha Long was cancelled, which we really appreciated.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Chủ vui vẻ, cởi mở, báo giá thông tin rõ ràng. Phòng đẹp, sạch sẽ, tiện nghi. Dù đi vào mùa ko đông khách nhưng khách sạn vẫn rất chỉn chu, ko có dấu hiệu phục vụ lơ là. Tuyệt vời!

Pros:

HUONG TRAN. That's her name . She like to call her Kelly. She's managing the hotel with her family. Educated in Australia. Perfect English speaker hard to find around here. She save few times. I have no words to describe her attitude and attention. Thank you Lady Tran.

The location is really weird! This part of Halong seems like a ghost town with lots and lots of new buildings that are mostly empty.
