le personnel ne parlait pas un mot d’anglais donc très difficile de communiquer. La chambre était sale à notre arrivée je pense même que les draps n’ont pas été changé alors que nous étions hors saison, il n’y avait donc pas beaucoup de monde dans l’hôtel.
de plus, les excursions affichées à l’hôtel sont mal expliquées tout n’est pas dis avant et il faut rajouter des sous en arrivant sur le lieu

Nhân viên phục vụ dễ thương, rất hỗ trợ khách.
Ks Gần biển Bãi Cháy, đi bộ chút xíu là tới; Gần cảng đi tham quan Vịnh; Tiện đường đi Yên Tử.

Cons:

Xung quanh không nhiều quán ăn nên ăn phải đi xa xíu.
Quanh đó nhiều nhà của Sun xây bỏ không nên tối khá vắng và u tịch.
