Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

The location is horrible.. you have to walk at least 20 minutes to get to the nearest restaurant.
The room had cockroaches. We got our laundry done and they said it’ll be ready by the morning, when we went to pick it up they gave us our clothes wet and made us pay for it. Also none of the staff speaks English which makes any kind of communication difficult.

Pros:

the owners waited for us late in the evening and even tho they did not know good English they tried their best and were very very nice. it’s located near the Junk offices which is nice to go in Halong Bay.
The Only thing was that the mattress was quite hard but it’s ok for one night. very good value for money.
