Pros:

If you have a few days to stay in ha long bay this end is perfect as the limestone structures are right in front of the. Hotel huge board walk. Cafes and restaurants close. Those who only make a day tour from Hanoi miss out as the bus doesn't come to this part of the city and walking around there are huge limestone structures on the land too with board walks around them. Stay longer in ha long bay if time allows

Pros:

Clean and quiet in VN on a public holiday that is invaluable. Exceptional value for 37usd

Cons:

AC remote did not work properly. T setting was OK but fan speed was erratic.

Pros:

Room was decent, with a great view.

Cons:

Staff where not helpful,fair enough they don't speak English,but they made zero effort to try and communicate, location is really bad,miles from city and miles from harbour with no restaurant or shop nearby,had a kettle in room, but no tea, coffee etc.i left a day early without attempting to get a refund.deffo wouldn't recommend.
