Was fine for one night after our tour.
Restaurant supposed to be open until 830 pm, it wasn’t. Breakfast was supposed to be from 630- it wasn’t. We had to leave by 7am. They cooked us some food, but it wasn’t ready until 650 so we had no time to eat it.

The bathroom wasn’t that clean there was lack mould in the shower

Clean rooms, good breakfast and best of all the helpful staff.
All the time everyone was very willing and helpful, they helped us with everything.

staff were pretty useless. we were due to arrive at 4am, and had emailed the hotel previously checking if it was all ok. reassured by the hotel that they have a 24hr checkin & it would all be fine, the gentleman on duty said we didn’t have a booking, despite us showing our confirmation. it took us 35 minutes to check in, despite there being no queue.
The location is peaceful and has beautiful view of the lake and sunset. The room is spacious and clean. The beds are soft. I love the swimming pool- relaxing and aesthetic.

Staff (when check in & welcome, didn't have security guy to operate car spot's parking ), wifi poor connection , breakfast meal lake of seasoning , and weak odor system (smell so bad), many small stones & pebbles on the bottom of swimming pool

I really liked the location - calm, bit away from busy tourists parts, still relatively close to all amenities, restaurants and all. The external sound isolation is awesome, you don’t hear any noise from the street. Right next to the hotel is nice cafe. The room was like brand new - comfy bed, really nice interior, I haven’t missed a single thing. I think it could easily beat some 4 stars hotels. I could also deliver all my demands in the English. The staff was really kind. Plus considering the price - it’s a bargain.
Originally booked a one night, I ended up spending almost whole week there.
Door sound isolation - you can hear everybody speaking in the corridor. Wifi can be really slow.
Loved the decor, cleanliness and the view over the lake.
Lack of soap, shampoo couldn't understand why you have an outstanding 4 star decor and facilities and the basic bathroom items were so stingy.
Breakfast was a joke. No variety no coffee no tea no cereal no juice just 2 egg scrambled with bread that was the same bread 3 days in a row! Unforgivable when you consider the competition in Ha Long city.
