Perfectly nice hotel, strange area
Pros:

Fine as a place to stay, but area and hotel was completely empty. Not fault of hotel of course but overall quite eery. I was told by a local that Covid completely destroyed domestic tourism. Hundreds of buildings 90% finished but without floors. Work had to stop as money ran out.

Okay Budget Hotel with inflated review score
Pros:

Friendly people, let us Check-in early with no additional charges.

Cons:

The reviews for this place seem inflated. It's a budget hotel with average rooms and no cozy common space areas for guests. It's a place for sleeping nothing more.

To me all the enthusiastic reviews are written in a weird way and seem inauthentic. Do not want to accuse anyone, but next time I will definitely double check reviews on different sites and do not blindly Trust booking.com ratings.

Very calm, quiet and relaxing environment.
The reception staff were great - allowed us to check in early because we had a 2 year old who needed his midday nap.
