Trotzdem sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Hafens für Tagestouren in die Halongbucht.

Cons:

Nicht sehr sauber. Die Bettdecke war nicht frisch.

Another fantastic stay
Pros:

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Stayed here in 2022 & made super friends with Tra & her mum. Location is perfect as it's so close to all attractions. You can have breakfast at Fancy Kitchen which is 1 min walk from the hotel.

Excellent budget hotel
Pros:

A mother & daughter run this hotel. The daughter (Tra) could speak very good English & was so helpful in taking care of our needs (from asking for clean towels to booking a taxi.) She even went out of her way to find a bank for us to exchange money. Thank you so much🥰🥰
Her mother cannot speak English but we had some fun times trying to translate using our phones 🥰🥰
The location of this hotel is excellent.
as it's close to all the Sunworld attractions (Queen cable, Dragon park & Typhoon waterpark), international cruise port & Bai Chai beach. We had a family room for 5 which was of a good size.

Cons:

It's a shame you cannot get breakfast at the hotel & Queen cable was closed for maintenance during our stay

Pros:

the Location was okay, there were many Restaurants and Cafés in walking distance

Cons:

there were ants in our bed, insects on the floor, no warm water, the mattress was hard as stone and the overall experience also with the staff was just bad.

Pros:

The place is near Bai Chay Bridge, can go the other sites easily. Nearby are restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store. The host is friendly and helpful. Quick check in and check out. The room has enough facilities for daily use.

Cons:

The windows are hard to close, the air conditioner is out of order, luckily the host let me move to another room. The door shriek everytime I opened or closed it. There are ants in the room but not many.
