Phòng ở sạch sẽ, và điều mình nhất là anh chị chủ vô cực kì thân thiện và nhiệt tình.
Tôi đã đặt phòng thành công từ ngày 14/7 để ở ngày 15/7. Nhưng 16h30 chiều 15/7 khách sạn nhắn lại tôi là hết phòng?
Máy lạnh chủ có công tắc riêng khi mình đi ra ngoài thì chủ tắt nguồn , muốn bật lại mình phải hỏi chủ, lúc đổ xe anh chủ yêu cầu mình đổ sát vào trong mình làm theo ngay, sau đó bị nói là thiếu ý thức.

Very wierd location, out of town and strange area. AC was broken but this was on the description.
Amazing value for money ! Clean big room. We arrived off a sleeper bus at 4am and check in was easy. Great rest point before a cruise at Ha Long Bay.

It's clean and everything was ok. But I had to ask the staff at the reception to switch on my air-conditioner every time I went back to my room. They always switched it off as I went out.

The room was ok
We arrived pretty late (3 am) and they told us that was ok. Later, they sent me a message to tell me to call a number so they would open the door for us.... We can't call since we don't have a Vietnamese number... We were stuck in the street for half an hour...alone (two women). The only reason we got in is because we could message a Vietnamese guide that we had a couple days ago and he called the hostel... If it wasn't for him we would have had to sleep on the street.
