Fantastic location, the apartment needs attention
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the reception staff are extremely helpful.

Cons:

The drain smell in the stairs and lounge.
The room wasn’t serviced on day out of three and the shower flooded out onto the floor.

Pros:

Apartment is well designed, very comfortable and very clean. We and our toddler loved the place!

Cons:

Having a balcony (suite 1) is a big plus but the area itself could look nicer. Obviously, this is not a big deal

Nice, comfortable and worth your money
Pros:

Located very nice, very good facilities en nice shower

Cons:

Nothing but if i should mention something it is that we had no dishwasher but that’s okay in my opinion

Fijn verblijf op een mooie locatie. Niet goedkoop, wel fijn.

Pros:

The room was super spacious and had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Water pressure was amazing. Service was great. Location was super convenient and very close to the center and a short distance to the train station.

Cons:

The bed was a little too soft and didn't make for a great night's sleep. The way up to the room was quite tight with the Dutch stairs. It was quite precarious trying to get your luggage up.

I would not recommend for older people or families with young children.

Pros:

Best location. Spacious, full apartment.

Cons:

Accommodation was pricey in Haarlem at the time. This place was on the lower end of all options but still expensive.
